The owner of the hotel was very fatherly when we first went, there was no one else but us, he said choose the room you want, he gave a nice room, his wife was a very sweet and pleasant conversation lady and offered us a very nice beach. The hotel is a quiet family hotel, you wake up to the quiet bird sounds, the air comes from the balcony and there is no need for air conditioning. There are many fruit trees and the jams for breakfast are handmade from these fruits. The breakfast is really excellent. You must go with your car, it is 10 minutes away from Ilıca and Alacatiya, so the location was not a problem for us. Rooms are a bit old but useful, we didn't have any problems, we are glad to meet you.

We had a 3 night stay in August. Nedim and his wife are very caring, smiling and friendly people. The location and the hotel are amazing and authentic definitely recommend.

Last week, we stayed for two days as a family, peaceful, very sweet, the owner of a boutique hotel, Mr. Nedim, is a very fatherly and sincere gentleman, the breakfast is great anyway, I definitely recommend all organic household products, a place to relax.

How an average boutique hotel should be! That's exactly how it should be. Everyone you come in contact with is very friendly and warm. The breakfast is very good, the rooms are clean. We stayed for two nights and we leave very satisfied.
