I hardly know what to write about positively. I can start with check-in where we are told we can check in at 2pm and we were at the hotel at 3pm, where we are told the room is not ready yet, so we think fine we will go for a walk in the city and have a drink and we will come back at 5pm where the room was still not ready. We wait there and 10-15 minutes pass and the room is ready. Ok nice room, smells a bit stuffy but fine for the money. Then the nightmare starts it is over 35 degrees out there and the air conditioning is not working. We ask the staff and they don't know anything, they call the hotel owner and we are told someone will come and fix it, but no one came.. We survived the first night, the next day we ask a young employee who is apparently the owner's daughter and she calls her mother and there we hear that it hasn't worked at all for several days and they promise it will be fixed today, we think fine eat a good breakfast and go around the city all day. In the evening when we return there is no staff and we go to the room and it still doesn't work, we are 2 adults and 3 children it really can't be right, I go out to see if I can find one, I meet the guard and ask why the air conditioning hasn't been fixed where afterwards he calls the owners and gets told that apparently a part is missing that has to come from a completely different city.. So I think if you know it's broken you can at least get a fan or mini two two air conditioning system.. 2 nights with 3 children was a nightmare.
