Horrible if you want your vacation ruined come here the staff horrible only saw them smoking outside the hotel and the hygiene horrible if they give room 207 don't accept it.The most rusty musty dusty moldy place ever broken A.C not recommended

The stars are only for the view and location. The rooms are old and dirty, if our room was cleaned, it was a few guests ago. It's normal for one night

Amazing view. Room was comfortable and clean. The pool area is nice quiet and clean. Check in was smooth. My only criticism was the breakfast. You expect abundance, freshness and variety of you have DELUX as a business name. Unfortunately it was not the case. No attention to details, small quantities were displayed at any time during breakfast hours.
A security guy or a manager was always above our head as if it was a jewelry store. Not pleasant especially in the morning.

I would recommend this otel but I strongly suggest that they improve their breakfast service and have a waiter check on customers instead of bodyguard.

Nice pool, central location.
Breakfast was disappointing (we have been in different hotels before in other cities but this together with the presentation was very underwhelming.
Our room was ok.. But not special at all.
Hygiene was not on high level to say the least (the towels seem to be more than 10 years old.. very stiff and not white but greyish). I would recommend to choose different hotel for your valuable vacation time.

Alot of cats in the lobby area and in at hotel pool area, room cleaning was very poor.

Terrible water, smells of lagoon, rooms, well, it can clean better, the reception is berabt, the other staff are in the mood of constantly scolding and resentment.
