I fell at the door on the way there, and there was no water or electricity when I entered. Fortunately, the problem was quickly resolved. The receptionist didn't speak English, but tried hard to translate and helped me bandage the wound. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

The room is very basic, and the bed is quite uncomfortable—you can easily feel the springs when lying down.

Unfortunately, the room faces the courtyard, which is extremely noisy (people watching TV or YouTube without headphones) . Even with the windows and door closed, the noise comes through easily, especially since there are gaps around the door. As a result, it’s difficult to get any real rest.

The water didn't work at night for the first three nights. The TV wasn't working either. Cleanliness wasn't great. There was definitely something better available for the price.

The location is perfect. Good at service. However, when cleaning, I break the toilet and the pillows because the underside of the toilet seat could have been cleaner. The pillows smelled musty. There should also be a warning sign against noise in the garden. For those who talk loudly in the early morning. Because we stayed in the room in the garden and we woke up very early from the conversations.

For a 3-day holiday in Alacati, we chose the Cafe piano hotel and made a great choice. Located in the very center of Alacati, within walking distance. An excellent choice for those who want to enjoy the colorful nightlife of Alaçatı Cafe Piano Hotel .. Also the friendly business owners Volkan Bey and her warm mother Baygül make you feel at home as comfortable as you are at home. Even if you are not going to stay as a hotel, you must stop by and drink a coffee from the volcano. Cafe Piano s coffees are amazing. And let me add that. Although it is located in the center of the street and the location of the rooms due to the calmness of the room to those who want to spend in the evening. Because no noise and music are heard in the rooms. Finally the breakfasts were quite good quality. Alaçatı breakfast is not worth giving you tons of money to enjoy, and the hotel's breakfasts were better. Definitely go to eat thick ..
