What an experience ! First of the view my room had was to die for. All their rooms seem to face the harbor… The room was rather large and clean. HAKAN was super helpful with my both hotel and town needs and didn’t mind to go the extra mile to help. I also had breakfast at their sister hotel. I would say best homemade style breakfast around. Ladies at the kitchen were very friendly as the rest of the staff. I am super happy and I will return. Thank you !!!

It was a lovely spacious apt with all the amenities needed to cook. Fabulous view for sunrises and sunsets. Short walk to town with lots of restaurants and stores.

Most disgusting bathroom. Dirty and smelt like someone had died in it. Kitchen was poorly equipped everything very old and dirty. Never felt clean in our 3 days there the shower was appalling dirty no toiletries supplied. Not even a welcome bottle of water. It is clear the apartment has not been cleaned properly for a long time. Only 1 AC in the living area. Bed just acceptable. Would not return and suggest u can find better elsewhere

You can go down to the central place by stairs, so you do not need to use your car all the time.

We came across his room overlooking the sea, and we were pleased with the view.

The cleanliness and interior space were sufficient, and we could easily find a contact person for our problems.

It belongs to a local operator, I recommend it.

This place has a great location. There is no aircon in the main bedroom is a negative. I ended up sleeping out in the living room as the main bedroom gets very hot and aircon can’t cool it down from so far away.
It’s difficult to ‘check in’ to this place when you are a foreigner with no phone service and they want you to call them on arrival.

If you get to stay at these modern apartments at a cheap price (around 40 euro in September 2022) you have snagged a bargain.

Large, clean and comfortable with a decent balcony and all mod cons. A short set of steps and you are into Datca. Air con only in the living room is the only downside, but if you leave the door open the bedroom is cooled adequately.

We stayed at Beyaz Konak for several weeks while purchasing a property in Datça and we really couldn't have chosen a better spot. The apartments are spacious, well-equipped, cosy and warm in the cool winter months (and there's air-con for the hot summer months) and - without doubt - they have some of the best views in town!

The owner and staff are friendly and responsive, and the local dogs and cats in the neighbour hood are too! We would heartily recommend this super place to anyone visiting beautiful Datça, whether it's for a couple of nights or (like us) a couple of months. Budget-friendly too, and superb central location.

We have booked a room for a visitor of mine on the phone. The owner Mr. Suleyman greeted us nicely on the phone and ensured we are going to get a good deal. He put us in contact with his employees and things got out of hand. We visited the property to make sure the room we will get has sea view. This was the condition of our guest. Some rooms have side views some has a direct one. Some might be very partial view and they could not ensure which one we would get on the day. Without the view, going all the way up on a hill did not make sense for us as it was for one person only. On the day of check in we were asked to check in at another hotel of theirs and they told us it was the partial view room. That was quite disappointing and our guest did not want that room as she stated few times. Last minute surprise, no apology- we just had to leave there just like that.
