This is one hotel that truly surprised us fully. It was all as expected when we decided to book our reservation in October. We wanted an old Inn from the times where the merchants were passing through during the 1200's... The place was beautiful furnished, seldom and just enough comfort to make the magic alive. Rooms fully set up with a full sauna and massage bathroom. The main area was a full ballroom for great dinning.

Best place for a wedding or any event !

Thousands of mosquitoes and the bed was broken. Left it after one night (two nights were paid). No compensation no sorry till today (6 months). A place to avoid!

We had an amazing experience staying at this historical place. It was as if we were transported to pre Ottoman times. Balkan is an excellent host and even took us out for a late dinner. The caretaker of the Keravansaray is a super sweet lady and was highly attentive to all our needs. Highly recommended.

We stayed at this beautiful place just for one night, the staff were amazing and very tentative to all our needs, we had chosen the Hammam & Sauna room, and it was a delight to have stayed there. Everything was up to high standards, very uoghly recommended, and to finish the great stay the breakfast was delicious, lots of variety. We would definitely stay here again !

I went here for my friend's wedding and I can say it had a perfect vibe. In addition, the employees were so smiling, I was satisfied with their service, every detail was carefully made. I'm thinking of doing my own wedding here. Thank you for everything, good luck guys :)

A Historical place to enjoy history and in same time enjoying a nice coffee or food a place for having a party or event . Really worth it to visit.
