5 yıldızlı bir otel için bütün içeceklerin ücretli olması çok saçma ve sıcak su havuzlarının bir tanesi aktif di diger iki tanesi boşaltılmış kullanılmıyordu otelin karışık olan havuzu otelin kapasitesine göre küçük ve yetersizdi.

Good location, very healthy spa

First of all, as someone who has worked in the tourism sector for years and visited numerous thermal spa hotels, I've spent years as a manager. The hotel has been renovated, and the common areas, pools, Turkish bath, sauna, restaurant, and lobby are spotless. However, both the garden and indoor pool, where the thermal spas are located, need general cleaning and maintenance, and pool attendants should be provided. The restaurant service is quite extensive, and you're sure to find something to suit your taste. The downside is that tea, coffee, and water are charged for during meals, except tea time. The reception staff are very courteous and professional. They upgraded us from a standard room to a deluxe room free of charge for three adults. Thank you for everything. We'd love to come back.

The hotel is huge and offers excellent food at its breakfast and dinner buffets. However, the staff (especially reception) are not especially friendly and the thermal facilities are fairly small for the size of the hotel (one of the thermal pools is not even filled). The biggets disappointment is that the eco-awareness in the hotel is zero. We brought refillable metal water bottles with us, but we were told we could not refill them at breakfast as we must buy plastic bottles every time we wanted to get water. This is shocking, and for a hotel in this day and age to only be using plastic water bottles is disappointing and enough to put us off returning. Even on the tables in the dining room, water is served in disposable plastic cartons - not jugs with glasses to drink from - and so the management really need to take a close look at the apalling eco-credentials of this hotel.

We thank the staff for their interest. The facility has been revised, especially the pools are clean and the thermal facilities are quite nice... The rooms are also clean and useful... The food is diverse and has many options... Half board + tea time was also good... My one criticism would be if drinking water was provided free of charge at other times. 500 cc water per person in the mini bar is insufficient... In general, a nice 5* hotel where you can stay with your family...

+ 2 km from Pammukale, but if to walk when not hot, or rent a bike, it is good, not crowdy Everything was clean, good enough, can't remember any troubles A bit in outside toilets and showers near thermals was a mess, need more frequent attention from staff to clean up after people Transfer was late- Wi-Fi issue, had to wait in a transfer bus for some lost tourists, who didn't show up

It's so bad. If I couldn't find a place at night, I definitely wouldn't want to stay here. It probably feels like a nursing home party. I rated it five stars, but it should actually be two stars. Not only did the concierge not help us with the luggage, he even left without delivering it to the door of the room. Disposable utensils were missing in the room. It was said to be a hot spring hotel and bathing was not allowed in the room. It's probably a place where old folks from the countryside gather to have fun. We included a buffet, walked around for a while and then left without eating.
