Adempira Termal&Spahotel in Karahayit

this hotel doesn’t deserve 4 stars, the only thing that’s good is the pool outside, the room is not clean bc there’s mold on the wall, there isn’t an elevator and for a 4 stars hotel this should be a must. the staff isn’t that respectful because they complained the fact they gave us the passport even if that wasn’t the truth. i can’t believe that this has 4 stars. i won’t come back

Probably the worst hotel I’ve stayed in. Check-in service was below mediocre, and the hotel services (customer service, food and drink amenities) are deplorable. Reception clerk started talking to and serving someone else as I was having a conversation with him; was shown to a dirty table for dinner by the attendants, and was not allowed to fill my water bottle at the self serving water fountain. No attendants were present at the thermal pool and spa area, and the room, despite being nice and spacious, provided a view of their garbage disposal area. Without a doubt the worst hotel I’ve stayed in.

While the location of the hotel is good, the hotel itself was not well maintained. The linen in my room was stained, there were cobwebs in my brother's room, the laundry was overpriced and the hotel claimed it is a 4-star property which is misleading. It cannot be considered a 4-star.

The food at the hotel seemed to be consistently underwhelming. There were 2-3 freshly prepared items everyday (like Menemen, fried sausage, grilled tomatoes, fries) which were decently edible along with the salads/accompaniments. Everything else including the breads were either stale or of extremely poor quality.
There are local stores outside the hotel from where you can grab some freshly prepared local food.

There is also no designated space for smoking so while this may be a "wellness retreat", there were people smoking literally everywhere. If you're a non-smoker, there is no way to escape the smell of cigarettes.
