The location is great, right near the bus station.
Although we booked for two, there were only amenities for one person and the room was honestly a bit disappointing, but when we told the front desk they quickly took care of it.
Even after we checked out, the staff were very kind, letting us change in an empty room until the night bus and letting us relax in the lobby.

The location is perfect, right next to the bus station. There is a supermarket in the next building. There is a cafe with local shawarmas on the street nearby. The soundproofing is average, for Turkey it can be considered decent. There are rooms with a view of the bus station and the courtyard. The latter are, of course, quieter. The breakfasts are normal: boiled eggs, cottage cheese, buns, jam, potatoes and so on. The staff is not intrusive, which is good. The beds are comfortable, there are many blankets. The pillows are not very good, it would be nice to replace them. The plumbing is old, but these are trifles. Overall, I liked it.

Anya Suite Otel is located opposite the bus station of Denizli. The hotel has free parking that you have to ask at the reception. The hotel should review the comfort of its rooms. The breakfast is self-service and is only typical Turkish. I find the night too expensive compared to the quality and comfort of the room. I don't recommend you this hotel.

We didn't like anything about this hotel! It was dirty and smelt old and dirty. Our AC didn't even work properly and when we told the person at reception his comment was “you should of told us earlier” and was so rude to my husband. We stayed one night and will never stay again and recommend to others NOT to stay as well!!

The location is very good, within a 5-minute walk from the bus/train station
There is a supermarket and restaurant downstairs. It is safe and convenient even if you arrive at night.
Only the facilities are old, the hygiene is poor, and the breakfast quality is mediocre.
It's okay to stay for one night, but it's not recommended to stay for a long time.

The breakfast, the view from the 6th floor, the staff letting me leave my luggage there after checkout and the close location from the bus terminal

It isn’t a fancy place but is value for money. It is a simple and neat property and bang next to the bus station and a quick 5 minutes walk from the train station.
If you’re planning for a quick stop in denzili in order to visit Pammukale then this would be a sensible choice.

Decent for the money
I was in Denizli for my daughters treatment and found this hotel.
Positives:
- Central all the shops are nearby
- Parking is available but may have to walk a distance
- Friendly Staff
- Clean Rooms
Negatives:
- The electric went off few times for at least 30 minutes each time and in hotel weather it's not good.
- Breakfast was not great, if you don't get down early you won't get all the options
- WiFi is weak, i needed this for my work, i used my MiFi device instead
Overall good for the price and many food shops are local with many options,

Simple hotel with good price in a very convenient location for train and buses. Friendly staff. The restaurant serves dinner with delicious food in a familiar atmosphere with good prices. Menu was all in Turkish but a guy from the reception kindly volunteered to translate everything to English.
