Akyaka Kaya Hotel in Akyaka

After much research and deciding between Marmaris and Akyaka, we opted for this hotel in Akyaka for three nights from September 17th to 20th. Since we used the hotel primarily for sleeping, it offered good value for money. The hotel was neither too new nor too old. We stayed as a couple, but the double rooms might be quite small for families with children. Regarding cleanliness, we didn't encounter any issues; it was very clean. The only drawback we found was the lack of a kettle, which isn't a huge expense and the hotel should work on improving it. The bed and air conditioning in our room were a bit noisy. Other than that, like most hotels in Akyaka, the balconies were side-by-side. Our room was on the second floor, but I believe there was another floor with attic rooms. From the outside, the windows of the attic rooms look very small; I think you should pay a little more and stay in a regular room. Since the hotel doesn't have an elevator, keep this in mind when choosing your room. Breakfast was filling, but the fact that there were only two types of cheese and not enough hot dishes was a drawback in our opinion. With a few small improvements, the breakfast could be much better. The best thing about the hotel for us was how attentive and friendly the staff were; we thank them all for constantly asking if we needed anything. We didn't have any problems with parking. The location is great, being a 15-minute walk from the Azmak boat tour area. Although there are mosquito nets on the balcony door, there can sometimes be flies, so it's good to be prepared.

Overall, it was a hotel we liked. My wife and I stayed for two nights. We had booked three nights, but had to reduce it to two nights a day in advance due to a funeral. They were very understanding, canceling one night without us even requesting it, and charged us for two. We also thank them for this.

The hotel is a bit of a walk from the entrance to Akyaka, but you can reach the center in 5-10 minutes. Most importantly, there's no parking. Everyone was very polite and friendly from the moment we first met until we left.

We read reviews about the breakfast, but it wasn't sufficient, but it was quite good and sufficient for two people. It's served as a spread on the table, and they refill your tea as you finish it.

Regarding the rooms, we stayed on the top floor. The room was very large and the balcony was very nice. We were especially pleased with the balcony. Our room had mosquito nets, and there were no flies or anything else. The rooms were generally clean, but the only downside was that the air conditioner had accumulated dust. It would be even better if it were cleaned regularly. We received a good value for money.

Kaya Hotel, where we stayed as a family with two children (3-7) between August 4th and 9th, has been one of the best places we've stayed so far. First of all, I want to start with the friendly and helpful staff, because whatever we requested, whatever help or advice we needed, we received a response. I would like to thank Ayşe Hanım, Elif Hanım, Salih Bey, and the other staff again. If you go by car, it's in a very convenient location both in terms of parking and transportation. It's a 5-minute walk from the Azmak River, and you can walk to the market and the beach in 10-15 minutes. It has a charming and clean pool, which sometimes became a place for the children to play and spend time when we returned early from the sea. You can enjoy your tea or coffee and chat by the pool in the evenings. The rooms may not be very spacious, but they are clean. The breakfast is simple, clean, fresh, and sufficient. It's prepared and brought to you specifically. Considering the price-performance ratio, it's a very suitable place. If I were to stay in Akyaka again, I wouldn't look for anywhere else.

Akyaka Rock Hotel made it even more amazing. The hotel is very clean and beautiful. Staff were kind, helpful and joyful. If you're looking for a relaxing place, Rock Hotel is the place.

Could have stayed easily 1 or 2 more nights if we had time.

I can say that it was the most beautiful boutique hotel that my wife and I have stayed in in our lives. There is so much to write, what can you say?
Cleaning is super
The rooms are small but cute and adequate, I think, of course, we were 2 people, and I guess they are a little bigger than the family rooms on the upper floors.
Let's come to breakfast, even in a 5-star hotel, there is not that much variety.
I passed the variety, its taste, freshness, it is obvious that there is a lot of effort.. once again, thank you for your efforts.
From the moment you enter the hotel, you see and feel that the employees are like family.
In short, I stayed with my wife for 3 nights and 4 days and we were very satisfied, everyone should come 👍

It was really perfect with everything. When we were wondering how the holiday would be with two children, one is 10 months old and the other 6 years old, we found Kaya Hotel by chance, we chose it by looking at the comments, we are glad we did. We stayed in the room that opens to the pool and if you have a baby, you should definitely choose this room. When my baby woke up, I was already with him in 2 steps. The pool is not very big but ideal for families with children.
For a bed and breakfast hotel, the breakfast was really nice, once everything was very tasty and fresh. Also, a special breakfast is served to each table (sprinkled breakfast) rather than a buffet event.
And all the employees were really kind and smiling 👍
It is also in a very beautiful location. Akyaka is really crowded now, but the hotel is in a beautiful location away from this turmoil, we did not have any problems in our hotel despite the hot weather, it was very breezy.

We decided on this hotel in Akyaka by looking at the ratings and reviews on Google, we did not regret it. We stayed for 2 nights and we liked it.
A small and friendly hotel. The employees were very concerned and smiling.
Rooms are small. There is a mini fridge, safe, air conditioner, tv, hair dryer etc. There are things you need. Unfortunately, there is no place to put your belongings because the room is small. There is a wardrobe, but there is no place for a coffee table etc. where you can open your suitcase. As a minus, I can point out that and the lack of towel etc. hangers on the balcony. Chairs on the balcony can be used for towel drying. Apart from that, the room, hotel, towels etc. are very clean and convenient.
There is also a small pool, we did not enter it, but it is not a pool that you can swim in. It may be suitable for children.
As mentioned in the comments, especially the breakfasts were very nice. Breakfast was served in the form of a spread. The products provided were of good quality and delicious. Pastries (pies, bread, bagels, etc.), jams, cheeses were very good. It was important to us that the breakfast was good.
The location of the hotel is also in a good place. You can go down to the Azmak River within 5 minutes walking distance. Since it is not in the center, there is no parking problem. You can park right in front of it. It is 10-15 minutes walking distance from the center and the port. You can go without a car.
All in all, it's a value-for-money hotel. If you come, you can choose with peace of mind.
