Great hotel, but was starting Winter season. Apparently winter is determined by date, not temperatures, so the air-conditioning was turned off even though it was 23° at night! I cannot rate this hotel highly enough. I travelled during the October half term with my 7-year-old daughter as a solo parent. We have just been to this hotel for a week and absolutely loved it. It was great for our kids (10 & 8) who loved all the water slides and swimming pools. Venosa resorts is absolutely amazing, the staff couldn't do enough for you.especialy Kenan is so helpful, kind and always there to answer your questions and help his Englishus very good. The hotel is excellent and perfect for a family. We had two kids under 3 years old and they loved the water park. I also want to especially thank Muslim from the jewellery shop, he sourced an amazing diamond ring for my wife to replace the cheap one I bought when I was younger.
