Great hotel, but was starting Winter season. Apparently winter is determined by date, not temperatures, so the air-conditioning was turned off even though it was 23° at night! I cannot rate this hotel highly enough. I travelled during the October half term with my 7-year-old daughter as a solo parent. We have just been to this hotel for a week and absolutely loved it. It was great for our kids (10 & 8) who loved all the water slides and swimming pools. Venosa resorts is absolutely amazing, the staff couldn't do enough for you.especialy Kenan is so helpful, kind and always there to answer your questions and help his Englishus very good. The hotel is excellent and perfect for a family. We had two kids under 3 years old and they loved the water park. I also want to especially thank Muslim from the jewellery shop, he sourced an amazing diamond ring for my wife to replace the cheap one I bought when I was younger. We stayed at Maxeria over Easter for 10 days and had a great family holiday. The hotel is a lovely place and the staff work tirelessly to keep it clean. We had a fantastic time! The location is unbeatable—we could walk everywhere. Our room was modern, spotless, and so comfortable. And the food... wow! Stayed from August 1st to August 15th, 2025. The hotel is nestled in a beautiful natural setting. The complex is sprawling over a large area. Lovely hotel that grows on you. The rooms are very good with some having great storage. Beds are changed completely every other day and cleaning is good although I would prefer the rooms to be cleaned every day instead of every other day. Had a fantastic stay at Elit Otel with my daughter. New stylish rooms and a lovely bar area. Great staff and management, nothing ever too much trouble. Free air con unlike most places and a fridge to put drinks etc in too. Drinks and snacks all reasonably priced too compared to most places. Would highly recommend to others and would definitely stay again.
