Great hotel, but was starting Winter season. Apparently winter is determined by date, not temperatures, so the air-conditioning was turned off even though it was 23° at night! I cannot rate this hotel highly enough. I travelled during the October half term with my 7-year-old daughter as a solo parent. Venosa resorts is absolutely amazing, the staff couldn't do enough for you.especialy Kenan is so helpful, kind and always there to answer your questions and help his Englishus very good. The hotel is excellent and perfect for a family. We had two kids under 3 years old and they loved the water park. I also want to especially thank Muslim from the jewellery shop, he sourced an amazing diamond ring for my wife to replace the cheap one I bought when I was younger. We had a fantastic time! The location is unbeatable—we could walk everywhere. Our room was modern, spotless, and so comfortable. And the food... wow! Beds are changed completely every other day and cleaning is good although I would prefer the rooms to be cleaned every day instead of every other day. Had a fantastic stay at Elit Otel with my daughter. New stylish rooms and a lovely bar area. Great staff and management, nothing ever too much trouble. Free air con unlike most places and a fridge to put drinks etc in too. Drinks and snacks all reasonably priced too compared to most places. Would highly recommend to others and would definitely stay again.

Stayed for 5 nights in this hotel and all I can say is that it’s a good hotel with good location and good rooms ! The pool is open until night 10 pm so u have lots of time.
