Arrived at the hotel at 11.10ish after a flight delays and 4 out if 6 bags lost. ( Not the hotels fault) Told us no food was available until 12.am, the 5 year old was tired and hungry and could not wait that long for midnight soup to open. They said we can get room service at a cost! We did, it was stone cold. Bethany, the TUI rep onsite was very helpful in trying to retrieve our luggage, we did 2 days later. Buffet food was repetitive, the best night was sushi night. We went for the Italian Al la carte, left disappointed. The two main options were steak or lemon chicken, not very Italian. Had a wonderful day at the cabanas and was looked after by Hugo who was a delight, funny, chatty and nothing was to much trouble. Kids entertainment didn't start will 9/9.30, which is late and wasn't on every night. The hotel rooms are basic and mini bar and tea and coffee were not restocked every day, had to ask. Language was a barrier but it was us who decided to go to Turkey, again not the hotels fault, most of the staff were friendly but there were a few who were just miserable and not very friendly. Overall we had a nice time just not a great time.

Bear in mind like most families it has taken us all year to save up and pay this holiday off before I start my review!! I was not going to bother leaving a review but I think it’s important if someone has children I would NOT recommend this hotel. It also states this hotel is a 5 star platinum choice hotel. On arrival we were amazed at the place I can’t lie it is beautiful, spotlessly clean and staff were lovely. I must admit their English was not the best so did struggle at times in the restaurants etc On arrival we had requested 2 rooms with an adjoining door as there was 2 adults and 4 children. In the description it states pull out sofa. It was more like a pull out chair and so small. My 10 year old was so upset that this was “his bed” for 10 days. We spoke to the TUI rep and she rectify this by requesting a mattress to go on top of the pull out chair and we had to sign to say we had take responsibility for this due to health and safety. During our stay we used all shops available on site. Please bear in mind there were ONLY 5 shops on site. The hotel is in the middle of no where so the closest general store outside the resort was a 10 minute walk but nothing else around!!! On the resort there was a handbag & clothes shop, a coat shop, jewellery shop, general shop for toiletries,sweets etc and a hairdressers. All of these shops we used and purchased items in apart from the coat shop. Seko who worked in the jewellery shop was a lovely man and his shop had lovely items to buy Handbag and clothes shop the men in there were also lovely and we bought some lovely items from them. I had a fab curly blow dry from the salon before the photo shoot we had which cost only €15 euros we booked to have whilst in the resort. BE AWARE of the general shop!! You go in there the man on the till taps away on his CALCULATOR gives you a price and you pay trusting he has added it up correctly until you check your bank statement and also have been given an overall receipt but not itemised receipt so are clueless to actually what you have actually paid for.. until we looked back and actually thought hold on this is not correct! We were over charged on two separate occasions and when we flagged this up to the store manager he was very rude would not acknowledge our complaints and due to this we had to take this further to reception and our TUI rep. We did eventually receive a refund and our money back after further investigation. We later found out we were not the only customers this happened to. Spa on site is absolutely AMAZING but indoor pool closed due to no staff to run it which was a joke and told the indoor pool was not working. The Spa staff were lovely the massages we had were amazing and worth every penny. Staff even gave all 4 children mini chocolate and bubble massages whilst we had our treatments which they LOVED! In the gym half the machines in the gym were broke and had signs stuck to them to say broke. The air con in the gym did not work
