Hotel is placed very close to the centre with a private parking space, which is handy for when you arrive with the car. The room was clean with a private balcony, but the ariconditioning didn't work. This was a huge problem considering we drove for 2 days straight and were trying to find a place to rest in for a night AND it was 38°C outside. Breakfast was great with a lot of options and the terras outside was a big plus.

Such a lovely family run hotel, spotlessly clean and we were made to feel so welcome. This is my third stay there now. The customer service is wonderful, Apo carries our cases to the room, calls for a takeaway for us, always has a smile and greeting Hazal on reception is so helpful, kind and informative, it seems nothing is too much trouble to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. Parking is opposite and plenty of spaces. Breakfast is always a buffet , nice and fresh with a few hot items , cheeses, salads, jams, olives, toast, fruit etc. Tea and coffee are unlimited as well as orange juice. A great start to the day. I'm looking forward to my next visit, thank you all at ottoman palace

We were made to feel very welcome by all the family and staff. Location is perfect, 2/3 mins from main pedestrian shopping street and in the middle of several sights of interest. Night time was quiet. Parking was directly opposite hotel, easy access and plenty of space. My shower was broken I couldn't hang it on the wall, I asked for extra pillows and sugar free coffee sachets. My requests were all met by the time we got back from shopping, customer service with a smile was beyond excellent. Hazil was very helpful providing a city map and explaining where we could go as well as advising us and calling her recommended restaurants for us. I will definitely stay here again with out a doubt, it was perfect for our needs. Rooms were spacious and each had a small balcony. Breakfast was fresh, tasty and plenty of choice

A charming family-run hotel in the center of Edirne, within walking distance of everywhere you need. Me and my husband stayed there for two days. The kindness and interests of the hotel owners and staff made us feel at home. The breakfast was also amazing. I would definitely recommend!

Great place for a couple of days in Edirne. The location is within 5 minutes walk to the city center. It has its own parking with sufficient parking lots. The hotel staff speaks English fluently. The rooms are clean and quiet. The price is reasonable! RECOMMENDED!!!

Very good location in Edirne. Easy travel to the city only 5 Minutes to walk. Very good Rooms with climate and nice bathroom. Also the breakfast is very giid and tasty.
