Ottoman Palace Hotel Edirne in Edirne

We spent a wonderful weekend with my family at Otoman Palace Hotel in Edirne and were extremely satisfied with our entire stay. The service was of a very high standard – the staff were kind, friendly, and always ready to help.

The rooms are spacious, clean, and very well maintained, which made our stay even more pleasant and comfortable. You can really see the attention to detail.

The breakfast also made a great impression on us – rich, diverse, and very delicious, with plenty of options for every taste.

Overall, everything was excellent and we would definitely visit the hotel again. I highly recommend it to anyone planning a trip to Edirne!

My husband and I spent a couple of days going to the sea and a day returning from vacation.

We were in this hotel for the first time and we were delighted with absolutely everything!

I read some negative comments and I can't believe it because we saw everything with our own eyes.

Hygiene is at an excellent level. The furniture is new and the bed is extremely comfortable. Food, breakfast is so varied that you can't even try everything. Everything is delicious and fresh. We chose to have breakfast in the garden and enjoyed it.

The parking lot is safe and right across the street from the hotel.
Everything is within walking distance with an easy walk.

Everyone was extremely kind. We met the girl at the reception, Afra, and she knows English very well.
The manager, Hazal is phenomenal and will help you with all the information as well as the wonderful setup of Zuleyh.
You will not regret coming here!

Hotel is placed very close to the centre with a private parking space, which is handy for when you arrive with the car. The room was clean with a private balcony, but the ariconditioning didn't work. This was a huge problem considering we drove for 2 days straight and were trying to find a place to rest in for a night AND it was 38°C outside. Breakfast was great with a lot of options and the terras outside was a big plus.

Such a lovely family run hotel, spotlessly clean and we were made to feel so welcome. This is my third stay there now. The customer service is wonderful, Apo carries our cases to the room, calls for a takeaway for us, always has a smile and greeting Hazal on reception is so helpful, kind and informative, it seems nothing is too much trouble to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. Parking is opposite and plenty of spaces. Breakfast is always a buffet , nice and fresh with a few hot items , cheeses, salads, jams, olives, toast, fruit etc. Tea and coffee are unlimited as well as orange juice. A great start to the day. I'm looking forward to my next visit, thank you all at ottoman palace

We were made to feel very welcome by all the family and staff. Location is perfect, 2/3 mins from main pedestrian shopping street and in the middle of several sights of interest. Night time was quiet. Parking was directly opposite hotel, easy access and plenty of space. My shower was broken I couldn't hang it on the wall, I asked for extra pillows and sugar free coffee sachets. My requests were all met by the time we got back from shopping, customer service with a smile was beyond excellent. Hazil was very helpful providing a city map and explaining where we could go as well as advising us and calling her recommended restaurants for us. I will definitely stay here again with out a doubt, it was perfect for our needs. Rooms were spacious and each had a small balcony. Breakfast was fresh, tasty and plenty of choice

A charming family-run hotel in the center of Edirne, within walking distance of everywhere you need. Me and my husband stayed there for two days. The kindness and interests of the hotel owners and staff made us feel at home. The breakfast was also amazing. I would definitely recommend!

Quite place with own car park, good for 1 night
