Quiet room - really? Lovely guy at reception Mustafa, really helped me out on my first visit to Turkey. On the downside I asked for a quiet room and mine was right next to the road so traffic noise all day and night - but maybe there was nothing better. It might be suitable for overnight stays, but the price-performance isn't great. There are better, newer hotels for the same nightly price. Unfortunately, this is the first time I've seen a hotel in this category that charges for breakfast. By the way, the towels smell really bad. The hotel is located near the mall, which makes shopping really easy. The rooms are good, for the price. Breakfast is standard, can be improved. I visited Edirne and I decided to stay here. The service was so polite. The rooms were normal sized and they were cozy. The breakfast was tasty and you had lots of options. Nice hotel. Close to a Migros shop, shopping center and just opposite a Saturday market. The room we had was super big, the bed comfy and the bath practical. The TV was not working but that was fine for us. The breakfast was good, with a lot of choice. I was lacking cornflakes, but that was not a reason not to give 5 ⭐️

Ideal location The hotel staff gave me a friendly greeting and explained all I needed to know. The hotel is just opposite the railway station and Optima Express terminal. Some traffic noise could be heard, but I slept well. The rooms are clean and comfortable.

As soon as we arrived I was directed to underground parking. You can't beat that. The room was spotless and very modern. Great air conditioning comfortable bed and coffee in the room. The staff were helpful in every way. If we needed another blanket of some more coffee they were there to help immediately. Very highly recommend.

The hotel has been recently remodeled and looks very nice. Excellent service provided by the front office staff (especially Cevdet, who was very helpful on the evening of Nov. 18 in helping us find a nearby pharmacy that was still open past 6pm!). Clean and comfortable rooms. I stayed twice. The rooms in the first floor are a bit noisy. At least the one I stayed was over the breakfast area and I heard all the noice. But in my second stay I had a room in another floor and did not have any noise problem. Helpful staff. The breakfast is generous.
