Ideal location The hotel staff gave me a friendly greeting and explained all I needed to know. The hotel is just opposite the railway station and Optima Express terminal. Some traffic noise could be heard, but I slept well. The rooms are clean and comfortable.

As soon as we arrived I was directed to underground parking. You can't beat that. The room was spotless and very modern. Great air conditioning comfortable bed and coffee in the room. The staff were helpful in every way. If we needed another blanket of some more coffee they were there to help immediately. Very highly recommend.

I recently stayed at Concept Royal and had a really lovely experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making both me and my furry companion feel right at home. The room was spacious, clean, and exceptionally comfortable, providing everything we needed for a relaxing stay.

We booked a room with a ‘city view’. Unfortunately, even though I reminded this to them during check in, we were given a room that was at the back of the hotel, overlooking an apartment building, which was only 5 meters away

Great location, the rooms are clean and the mattresses very comfortable and Nebahat from the reception the nicest lady, always helpful and smiling and doing everything to make the guests feel comfortable. She also helped us with a problem on Booking and she solved it very quickly. She is just wonderful and she also made out stay great!

It might be suitable for overnight stays, but the price-performance isn't great. There are better, newer hotels for the same nightly price. Unfortunately, this is the first time I've seen a hotel in this category that charges for breakfast. By the way, the towels smell really bad. There's a foul odor in the room's toilets, I think it's related to the drain system. Frankly, I wouldn't choose it again

The hotel is located near the mall, which makes shopping really easy. The rooms are good, for the price. Breakfast is standard, can be improved. There is a good restaurant, with lovely view and live music - this was strong advantage. The Spa and the gym are also spacious and well equipped, however the lack of pool seems odd. The hotel is tucked away out of sight, not too much happening in the area where it is located, but, only a few minutes to the centre of all activity, with easy access to the main sightseeing interests . The rooms are sufficiently adequate, the younger staff in particularly, were always helpful.

Noisy Apparently, the hotel consists of two buildings and I was unlucky enough to be put in the back building. There is no sound insulation at all. You could hear the next room talking hear the lifts going up and down consistently unfortunately I can’t say I had a good experience or a good night sleep.

Quiet room - really? Lovely guy at reception Mustafa, really helped me out on my first visit to Turkey. On the downside I asked for a quiet room and mine was right next to the road so traffic noise all day and night - but maybe there was nothing better. Sometimes the door key wouldn't work, frustrating.

For us that we travel for business the invoices and the other payments documents are very important. In Plaza always there is a problem: either the invoices are wrong, or the printer doesn’t work, or there is a problem with the internet. You must look into that because it’s very annoying. Other than that everything is very good

We travel with our cat, Mr from our home in Turkiye on our way back to work in Prague. From the lovely welcome from Cem (the owner’s son) to a beautiful Ottoman style bedroom. Our Turkish breakfast was superb with the owner Guner sharing his stories and wisdom before we departed home to Europe. Highly recommend.
