They accept pets bug against extra fee and this is a negative point. Pets should be accepted with no charge.

I recently stayed at Concept Royal and had a really lovely experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making both me and my furry companion feel right at home.
The room was spacious, clean, and exceptionally comfortable, providing everything we needed for a relaxing stay.

We booked a room with a ‘city view’. Unfortunately, even though I reminded this to them during check in, we were given a room that was at the back of the hotel, overlooking an apartment building, which was only 5 meters away

Great location, the rooms are clean and the mattresses very comfortable and Nebahat from the reception the nicest lady, always helpful and smiling and doing everything to make the guests feel comfortable. She also helped us with a problem on Booking and she solved it very quickly. She is just wonderful and she also made out stay great!

Thanks so much to the staff both reception members turgut and nebahat the dining place part of the hotel loved the food the service was great got there way after kitchen closed and they still catered to us upgraded our room for us much much thanks to the team there

Clean hotel, great service, sufficient breakfast. The problem is that it is very noisy in the rooms - the hotel is located on a boulevard, on the ground floor there is a bar with loud music and right next to the hotel there is a park that gathers a lot of young people drinking and playing. There is no difference if you open or close the windows - the noise is absolutely the same.
