Gulsum Hanim Evleri in Marmaris

Location is pretty good. From Marmaris gonna take less than 30 minutes to reach here by car. It’s located on Orhaniye (where Kizkumu Beach). The beach 10 minutes far away on foot. Marti Marina close as well. Weather and nature so sensational.
There is nothing to talk about the cleaning (please don’t mind the mess it’s on us 😅).You have refrigerator and wash machine. You can even ask for iron. Bungalows have capacity up to 5 person.
They prepare very good breakfast.

You won’t gonna be upset.

I stayed at the property with my family in August. First of all, Ms. Gülsüm and Mr. Mustafa are very kind people. You can always reach them.
The houses consist of a bedroom and a living room, both rooms have air conditioning, and the bathroom and toilet are shared. There is a refrigerator and washing machine in the houses. However, the stove can only be used in the shared area. Breakfast is simple, filling and sufficient. The facility is within walking distance of the main road and the sea. There is no parking problem. There are places to eat and markets nearby. It is a suitable facility for those who are not looking for luxury, but for those who are looking for peace, greenery and friendliness. As a negative, the parquet floors inside the houses creak a lot. Apart from that, we did not encounter any negative issues. Fresh tea is available every evening in a samovar.
We found a family atmosphere at the facility, we were very comfortable and left satisfied.

We stayed for 5 nights from August 3-8, 2025. We chose it because of its location, being close to the places we wanted to see in the Marmaris region. Also, because it's in a small area, we didn't experience any traffic or parking problems. The only disadvantage of its location is that it's quite quiet in the evenings and at night; there are no markets or shops to explore, but this wasn't a major issue for us. It consists of small, bungalow-style, 1+1 wooden houses. We felt very comfortable; it was furnished simply, and the house and its contents were spotlessly clean, not feeling unsafe. Regarding the house, there is a kitchen, but there are no kitchen utensils. Yes, there might not be a stove, but even a few basic items like plates, forks, and glasses could have been provided. Also, because it's a wooden house, the floor creaks a lot; if someone got up to drink water, everyone in the house would wake up. Perhaps improvements could be made in these areas. Ms. Gülsüm and Mr. Mustafa were very friendly and warm people. I thank them very much.

We were extremely pleased with the cleanliness, order, and hospitality during our stay. It's located in Orhaniye, Marmaris. Besides being 300 meters from Kızkumu beach, it's also close to bays like Çiftlik, Selimiye, and Bozkale. It's ideal for day trips to Datça. Thanks to the attention and kindness of Ms. Gülsüm and Mr. Mustafa, our holiday was much more enjoyable. In the evenings, there was a warm and friendly atmosphere, like spending time with family over tea from a samovar. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, safe, and peaceful place to stay."

It's a very nice place, we were very pleased and relaxed. Many thanks to Ms. Feride, Ms. Gülsüm, and Mr. Mustafa for everything. Their attention and care were wonderful. The conversations with other guests until late in the evening, accompanied by samovar tea, were delightful. We would also like to thank Mr. Mustafa for the watermelon treats. The houses are very clean, and the breakfast was sufficient and good for us. I wholeheartedly recommend it.

It was perfect to stay in a wooden house in the lush garden. All of the products in the breakfast were handcrafted, extremely delicious olives, jams, tomatoes from the garden were very nice. The location is already very ideal, you can easily reach places to swim or have dinner on foot. Hygiene and home comfort were exceedingly good. But the most beautiful thing was the sweetness, pleasant conversation and hospitality of Gülsüm sister and brother Mustafa. 💛

It's a very cozy place. Owners Gülsüm and brother Mustafa are very hospitable people. They prepare our breakfast with their hands. Their own jams etc.

If you say you are a good person, please go and meet these good people. I went with my wife, mother-in-law and two children. I stayed a week. Definitely a family place to be trusted. It is an idyllic place on the outskirts of the forest, 100 meters from the sea. I would like to thank the owner of the business, Mustafa Ağbi and Gülsüm sister. It was one of the best holidays of our lives. There are still such people at this time. 🙏 🙏🙏

Quiet, calm and a complete family atmosphere. The operators take care of all your needs. You can barbecue in the garden. Nearby is Migros where you can find everything. The beaches where you can swim are very close. There is a separate section for breakfast. There are 5 American built houses in total. It has a kitchen, a separate bedroom and a room. There is a table on the balcony. Lots of conversation with other guests, accompanied by breakfast. I advise.

Ms. Gülsüm was exactly the holiday we dreamed of. Calmness, peace, naturalness, that village life that we have always longed for somewhere inside us. In a word, we were blown away. The sweetness of Ms. Gülsüm, especially her hosting us like guests of her own house...
3-4 minutes walking to the sea. we have reached. It is a very ideal location, when you want to take a light walk after dinner, a distance that does not tire you and does not make you lazy.
Obviously, no holiday village has the pleasure of washing the tomatoes and cucumbers we collect from the garden and chopping them for breakfast.
The houses are clean, it is forbidden to enter even with shoes. It's really like your own home.
If privacy is important to you, it is a very respectful and distant business.
