The quality was fabulous, and we especially loved the patisserie and ice cream bar, such a treat! The location was fantastic too. Just a short walk into Marmaris or Içmeler, with a stunning beach right on the doorstep

From the beach and pool bar team (who instantly remembered our drinks and had refills ready before we even asked!) to the restaurant, coffee bar, and reception staff—everyone went above and beyond

We stayed in room number 1416, we had the same cleaner everyday and she was a lovely lady, every morning she gave us a warm reception and started your day off on a nice feeling

Nothing was ever too much trouble, and they always made us feel so welcome. The choice of food and drink was also amazing, with something for everyone

Perfect mix of relaxation and convenience. We loved it so much that we’re already looking at dates to rebook for the same time next year

The restaurant staff were exceptionally courteous and attentive, catering to our needs with great care. The variety and quality of food available were impressive, offering something delightful for every palate

We've just returned from a week's holiday at Green Nature Diamond and we were pleasantly surprised. The food was Plentiful, hot, tasty and varied

😃 The entertainment was the best that we've seen throughout 8 different package holidays to various countries. No cheap alcohol, All good quality stuff and they even used Smirnoff Vodka

Entertainment on site does not let you get bored: there are water slides, exercises in the morning, water aerobics in the afternoon, archery, darts, tennis, a tennis court and a football field, as well as many entertainments for children

The bathroom set is excellent: shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, nail file, cap, hygiene container, soap, towels, slippers

The hotel's location is excellent, and the cleaning service was adequate. However, the 'do more with less' approach with limited staff is completely unacceptable for the service one expects from a 5-star complex

Best staff I have ever met, very friendly. It was a really nice experience, everything was good. The rooms, the food, the activities, the location, the views

Duru was incredibly helpful, and we instantly knew we'd enjoy our stay the moment we stepped into the hotel. This hotel offers excellent value for money; you truly get more than what you pay for

Paşa Beach Hotel offers good food and has a nice beach with sufficient loungers. The rooms are spacious, and the staff is friendly and helpful. There is food available everywhere in the hotel

The reason i hesitated to give it 5 stars was because of small issues we had, for example the bathroom door was mad out of frosted glass and not a solid door as we saw in the pictures or because of the bizarre cleaning schedule that would wake me up at around 5 AM because of the noise of the machine they were using to scrub the walk ways

What we really enjoyed was the excellent and varied food, the open bar that you would be able to take a free drink ( alcoholic or nonalcoholic) up until midnight and the private beach

During the stay my experience was pleasant, the staff was helpful and kind and the room that I received was huge ( you could fit another family in there without any issues)

I was unsure between giving it 4 starts or 5 stars, in my mind it should be 4

The staff were consistently helpful, attentive without being intrusive, and genuinely friendly. It never felt forced — just good people who clearly enjoy what they do

Everyone at the front desk, except for Yasemin, was very kind, friendly, and warm. The food was good, the beach was nice, and everything was clean

We were given a suite with a tiny balcony as a wheelchair user it was not ideal for me the balcony could hardly fit 2 chairs on it. The first time we came we had a junior suite that was a lot bigger than this

The Service at reception was not a bit helpful. I was contacted by the rep that there was not much at that time they could do straight away. 3 days later we were moved to the same room we had last year

Food was delicious - a variety of options for all 3 meals, from local Turkish cuisine to familiar and kid-friendly options. The spa was amazing and left us feeling refreshed

So i am now pleased to give them 5 stars all round if reception were a bit more helpful on 1st notification all this could have been resolved there and then

It shut off during the night but we still had the fan which was good. The room was kept clean and the cleaning staff made our beds and empty the bins everyday. They were lovely to be honest

There are water sports available however they were quite expensive, although if you want a good deal on a boat trip talk to jimmy on the pier who will sort you out (he will find you at some point so no need to seek him out haha)

We had our first family holiday here. Could use some updating but I understand that they will be doing that over the off-season. Our shower leaked, and so did our front door when we had a storm

I absolutely loved this as I hate sand! There were plenty of sunbeds and lots of shady and very sunny areas depending on where you sat. We went from the 5th to the 15th of October so we were slightly outside of season

For us there were plenty of sun beds, but I'm not sure how it is during the season. There's also a bar down by the sea along with table and chairs under cover so that you can enjoy drinks and snacks down by the sea

He had an amazing time purely because of them. His favourite has to have been Abdurrahim. He was always attentive to our son and us. He always had a smile on his face and was able to make our son giggle every time

Food was excellent, so much to choose from some, my only negative was some days food was warm because people did not put the hot plate down to cover the food

The food was largely good- as others have said, there's enough choice, but personally I wouldn't touch the salad or any cold food because of the sheer number of flies

We arrived in a Tuesday and the entertainment that night was a DJ playing very loud dance music until midnight. I overheard more than one person complaining about it in reception because, again, this is a family resort

Strangely, towards the weekend, the entertainment wound down, with karaoke on the Friday, a very good group of soul singers on the sat, and nothing on the Sunday

I did need to call reception once to replace the hand soap and hand towels, which were quickly replenished. One night, the guests below knocked to say water was leaking into their bungalow from our shower

Our kids had to sleep with earplugs. Then, the Halloween disco on the Thursday, which looked amazing, but quickly turned into a rave! It's meant to be a family hotel but the entertainment for me missed the point

The entertainment was good from what we briefly saw, we mainly kept to the lobby and cocktail bar where some talented musicians played the guitar and piano and one evening an opera singer

Space for chill out area , professionally equipped gym with best view in the resort, very short distance to the beach, afternoon and evening entertainment offers very high quality; flute and piano duo, The Drifters Tribute, and others created time to remember

New to Turkey as we usually go to the canaries at this time of year (October) we did find the resort lacking in atmosphere as there was very much an end of the season vibe which felt a little disappointing

By far the 2 stand out pluses of this hotel were firstly the cocktail bar where lovely Memet the talented cocktail artist and Sevim both really made our stay memorable with their friendliness

These represented incredible value for money as part of which we both had a full body massage with 3 other treatments for only £70 each. The only significant dissappointment was possibly the restaurant

I always manage quite well as I love seafood and a mediterranean diet however I felt my partner didn't fair so well as he has a larger appetite and the meat options available were not great

The Guest Relations Manager Sule, is one of the kindest and most attentive people I’ve ever met. She was extremely supportive when I had a health issue during my stay, and I’m very grateful for her help

Had a wonderful holiday here. The staff were amazing and couldn't do enough for you. Food and drink were plentiful and with a good variety. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hopefully we will return one day

I wish them every success for the future. I enjoy my stay at the Aqua, but there is a fine balancing act between cutbacks and maintaining the excellent standards they are known for. I hope to see you again in July 2026

What a sensational, unforgettable holiday! The hotel is absolutely beautiful and the staff are absolutely fantastic!! The entertainment staff were on top form every night! The waiters (breakfast, lunch and dinner including the staff outside at the bars and pool staff) were phenomenal! We were treated like VIPs and nothing was ever too much trouble

A very warm welcome on arrival after leaving the hotel at the airport at 3 a. m then a four and half flight and then one hour and a half transfer we need it! All the staff are friendly and helpful

The hotel is in a great location, it's own beach with sunbeds with beach umbrella included. Okay midday snacks and the Effes is COLD! GREAT entertainment at night

Small issue when we arrived with one of our rooms which could have been handled a lot better by a particular female on reception who was very rude and dismissive to the point of having to take the issue up with management, it was then fortunately resolved but not without unnecessary effort

May be worth noting that we were 2 families on one booking and expected to be in close proximity to one another so may be email ahead if you're in a similar situation

We had to get up around 4am to ensure we had sunbeds but this seems to be the case in most similar resorts now

We're currently staying at this hotel. It's right on the seafront. Our room is practically new and pleasant in every way, on the second floor, with a balcony facing the sea, so you can barely hear any noise

We have a great stay and lovely time at Poseidon Hotel. The hotel is very clean, food is very nice and all the staff are helpful and friendly

The sea view from our 5th-floor suite is wonderful! The food is good and varied. There's plenty of water, and the beach is clean and well-maintained

A welcome haven just outside of Marmaris town. A lovely place to relax but we could easily access the national park or surrounding water activities. The food and wine were excellent (we had the a la carte menu option)

We’ve stayed at many hotels in Turkey, but this one was definitely the BEST! Pros: - The location is unique - The food is excellent - The service is high-quality - The sea and pool are amazing - Great selection of activities To improve: - The rooms could need some renovation - It would be nice if children were allowed too We’ll definitely come back! Don’t forget to leave a tip — there are tip boxes...

I felt very taken care of!! They really went out of their way to make sure we are happy at all times! It's definitely on the pricier side but you really get your money's worth! It's adults only so it's quiet (unless there's an activity of course) and the bar is manned at all times and they have a fantastic selection of drinks

The rooms are spacious and clean and we had a large king sized bed; it does take a little getting used to not flushing the toilet paper down the drain in the entire facility but bidets are available at every restroom

There are lots of activities to do if you want also through the Nielsen connection. A water taxi runs to Marmaris marina daily every other hour for ten euro per journey which is helpful if you want to go visit there

Beware of mosquitoes! We had to keep the balcony door closed the moment it got dark. The staff is very, very friendly and is especially careful if you have dietary restrictions

The massage and spa experience was very good! It was a very happening place with music or bands entertaining esp on weekends! Only thing was it getting noisy in the weekends and the noise filtered to the rooms so sleep was not peaceful

A lovely swimmimng pool, a small but good gym, the rooms were a bit small but overall good, clean and good view from the balcony. The cuisine had a lot of variety and drinks on the house really helped to unwind

Having said that, they do have sun beds on a stretch of the beach and I was informed by other guests that the sea was somewhat warmer. There have been complaints from some people regarding the food

I stayed at this hotel in August for a week with my granddaughter and we thoroughly enjoyed it. I went home and told my husband so we’re here now at the end of a 10 day stay

I must say that we haven’t had a problem at all. If you take the time to explore the dishes on offer we think that there is something there for every taste

I have to say that we’ve enjoyed it just as much. The hotel is clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful…nothing is too much trouble

Every year that I holiday in the hotel I out my jewelry in the shop and Arran returns them to me like new. To clean a diamond ring back home can be expensive so take advantage of opportunity

Usual problems with sunbed pirates same people everyday if somebody could find a solution and stick to it i would return every year. The hotel had entertainment every night which was good

However did you know that when you purchase a ring from Arran to also get a care package which consists of cleaning your ring for free

We had a seaview room on the corner of the hotel which was absolutely massive,the view was out of this world

Food quality was inconsistent a lot maintained at high temperature. UKTV channels were available if you was willing to pay extra. Snuck bar very Limited and ice cream is only available after 3 pm for two hours

The hotel was an average experience suddenly not five star. The Wi-Fi was nearly non-existent, the cocktail and all-inclusive drink options were very poor

Hotel staff were very good, and genuinely seemed to be having a good time. Pool was large, and water still grand to swim in. Rooms are a large size but sparsely furnished, with a fridge and a large balcony

Food is a hit and miss scenario, but when it's good it's good. The blankets given to sleep, are quite thin so when the temp drops its quite chilly at night. Staff are lovely and very friendly

Went in the second week of November, the final week before it closed for the season. Food was above-average to good for Turkey, but odds are you'll be eating out anyway

I cannot fault the staff, location and service in this hotel. The only negative thing i can say its the selection of drinks or the lack of selection, most of the premium drinks were chargable

The perfect place to take a book, unwind and work on your tan - and really close to lots of lively bars and shows if you want something more upbeat on a night

I have no idea why it was priced this low. It's in a different league entirely. Location, food, service, you name it: excellent. Just walk out at 10:30 and there will be space

The hotel is located on the beach, you can walk out of the bar onto the beach or jetty, both of which are for guests only. When they say all-inclusive, they mean it

No messing about with "two drinks per person", or massive queues. The food and service in the restaurant is top-notch, with the staff really on top of their game

Good variety of shops outside and chemists just across the street. We went to Roxy's bar, 2 minutes from the hotel

Had a amazing keratin treatment from serkain.First class would defo recomend even for a blowdry.Everything about my treatment from start to finish was fab

The female is nice but for me she doesnt dress adequate for a staff member if you have to keep pulling dresses down etc your not dressed correctly. The entertainment on a night has some good nights and ok ones

The food is a high standard but it does get tiresome. Its the samething most days from breakfast-dinner. Need to bring themed nights and no doner kebabs. Which we were looking forward to the most so we ate out one night

The entertainment team are great the 2 lads are brilliant, get everyone involved. Jay Jay i believe his name stands out above them all, has a good laugh with the guests and is always professional

The manager is very happy and gets involved in every guest. Only one day he shouted at a towel boy because a guest had a glass drink around pool. Talk to your staff with respect the guest is in the wrong not him

The hotel need to control this better as people dont come out till 11-12 before they start using them. Booking system would be better with a timing system. If a person isnt on the bed for over 2 hours

We did receive a fruit basket and a bottle of red so was nice. The hotel is very modern and immaculate all the time. The staff are brilliant and great at their job. All pleasant and willing to help

Particulalry worth to mention are: -fresh orange juice for breakfast -Draught carlsberg and tuborg -variety of desserts, vegetables and fruits available during every meal -most of dishes were interesting and delicious -ice coffee, chicken fingers and beef wrap in snack bar, all were really good Most importantly you can really feel the staff is trying to make your stay better

It is one of the best hotels in İçmeler with an all-inclusive concept. The food is especially amazing. I would like to thank the chef, especially the sales manager Mrs Seçil and the waiter Mr Saygın for their attention

Went early July and it was the best hotel you will not be disappointed, you must have a turkish bath at their sister hotel Sunrise hotel is most welcoming even in the early hours. It won't be your last time visiting

Just home from 10 days at this wonderful hotel we booked last minute so was a bit dubious when they said we could get room with a sea view but we were not disappointed the view was amazing as was the room, bit on the small side but was big enough for what we needed it for sleeping n getting ready to go out air conditioned godsend rooms were cleaned everyday and fresh towels put in Staff were lovely...

Private beach with waiter service so you didnt need to move even if you fancied a bottle of water and dinner on the private jetty is stunning if your thinking of going to this hotel then book it you'll not be disappointed me n my hubby will definitely be back
