Great experience at this hotel, Murat made it very memorable, food and drink was good, location excellent.

The dining area offers a good variety of food; however, the menu is largely repeated daily, with only a few dishes changing

A special mention has to go to Murat—his energy is brilliant! My husband Michael absolutely loved playing boccia and darts with him. He really knows how to get everyone involved and having a great time

Even as a very picky eater, I always found plenty to enjoy, which says a lot! The staff consistently make sure everything is clean and tidy, and the level of service is second to none

This hotel has truly become like a second home to me. From the moment you arrive, everyone is so friendly and welcoming—they really go out of their way to make your stay feel special

I also have to mention the bar staff, Emir and Ozzy, who were amazing. They even remembered us from over a year ago, which made our stay feel even more personal and special

Rooms cleaned and mini bar restocked daily at no extra charge. For cheap goodies to bring home the little parade of shops is wonderful - speak to Jack. The tattoo studio is fab if that’s your thing as is the barber

Excellent hotel, really family friendly, food excellent with plenty of choice (from a fussy eater) great location, rooms excellent, no need to leave the hotel or worry about spending money unless you want to go on day trips or clothes shopping

We took a walk into town and got a taxi back, the driver said it’s the best hotel in Marmaris. Massive accolade from a local! We will be back

Just spend one week in orka Lotus beach hotel and I’m very, very satisfied… Great location, lovely atmosphere,delicious food and views made a huge impression on me and my family, rooms very comfortable and clean with A/C

Some days the music was a little loud but we still loved it. We didn't use the smaller pools or the adults only one as they weren't heated. The waterslides were open every day from 10. 30 and again from 2 to 4 (approx)

The fact that you can add more, but maybe that's not a bad location especially at the main pool and at the reception (although always quite catch) and a free safe in the room. In General the 5 stars it deserves

My family and I stayed in the Orka Lotus Beach for a week beginning March 17th in a family room. Here's a little breakdown of our thoughts. Room - The room (6611) was perfect for our family of 5

Pool and Beach - We were in the main pool everyday, gorgeous pool area with spectacular views. The pool bar is lovely and although we didn't participate in the entertainment the staff were so friendly

Transfers from the airport to the hotel can be made by private vehicle. The hotel has a covered parking garage with 12-15 vehicles. Those who cannot find a space can park their vehicles in the open parking lot

The sea front is stunning with mountain views, it looks more like a huge lake and the sea was crystal clear with loads of fish

Because it's on a side of a hill you do lose the sun earlier than other locations, so if your sun worshipers bear that in mind. The food was all good but the breakfast could be improved

Located in the Marmaris Icmeler district, Marmaris Labranda Mares Hotel is approximately 15 km from Marmaris city center. Those arriving by air can use Dalaman Airport

If you're expecting Marco Pierre quality then pay for a more expensive hotel! The room we had was exactly what we needed but here is my only real complaint, the mattresses and pillows are awful and we all slept so bad, so by the end of the holiday we were craving our own beds and felt tired

I work in the hotel trade and one thing I know is a comfortable bed is vital. If you don't sleep you get irritable and grumpy. All the staff were friendly and looked after us very well

The Green Nature Resort and Spa is a brilliant hotel. The service I received from mainly Rojda was exceptional and always with a smile. The rooms, food, staff and entertainment very also very good

Love this hotel it's beautiful. Wonderful staff, place is kept clean. The event staff are the best always have great banter with them, and if you need to know something there first to help you

The Tui Blue Grand Azur is a haven of tranquility and sophistication and is by far one of the best hotels I have stayed in - this is my 6th visit

We chose the Tui hotel in Marmaris due to reading excellent reviews and it exceeded expectations in almost every area

Overall, our stay at TUI Blue Grand Azur was a great experience. The hotel is beautiful, the service is excellent, and the staff are generally very kind and helpful. The food was truly exceptional

However, Yasemin was so rude that she sent the English tourists off with flags, but told the Turkish tourists, ‘Come on, it’s 1 o’clock, time to leave. ’ She was even disrespectful enough to warn us while we were eating

Rooms were spacious, bed was large and extremely comfortable, shower was excellent also. We also had daily bottled water and lots of little extras in the bathroom which were welcomed

The Service at reception was not a bit helpful. I was contacted by the rep that there was not much at that time they could do straight away. 3 days later we were moved to the same room we had last year

Staff here are so unbelievably helpful… a special mention to Gaye the activity and entertainment queen! Mama loves you! Kanan the best bar man, we will never cheat you! And Rojin the coffee shop master, you make me the best heart! Anyone visiting this hotel, the staff will make your holiday go from good to great!

Good hotel, beautiful bay. Special shouts to Mert and Gayle (activity organiser) from guest relations. They both went the extra mile to help

There are so many positives with this hotel, too many to list however, my top points are: staff were great, family rooms (2x bedrooms + 2x bathrooms), pool is big allowing inflatables for the kids, beach with jetty, boat trip from hotel, music, DJ sessions and entertainment

Brilliant service, provide fresh drinks with great friendly service by Kenan and Gulcin, definitely recommend them, I always go to the Pine bar to get drinks as they are the most reliable

The hotel is located a few miles from Marmaris centre which we liked as it wasn’t in the middle of the tourist hot spot but was still convenient using the Dolmus bus to get about

Food and drinks are amazing and you can always find something to eat from the huge selection. Visited the hairdressers on site and have had one of the best blow dries and hair styled with beautiful loose curls

We didn't stay at Emre this year, after 7 years but we do still go back to visit Omar the hairdresser in the hotel. He is the best in Turkey and his bouncy blow dries are out of this world

Visited the emre 2 times and is always amazing,staff are super pleasant and will always have a joke with you, aisa and Fatma was super kind to us and made our stay a lot better! Would recommend coming here as it’s a very enjoyable hotel to stay at!

Currently staying in the hotel now and it is a lovely hotel. We are currently staying in the Annex in a suite and have a huge balcony with sunloungers and table and chairs

We are a party of 3 and it was very reasonable priced and well worth the money and we all came away feeling like a million dollars!! Very friendly and welcoming and very handsome!!! 🤣🤣

Rooms are immaculate, food is good (buffet) drinks are local but who cares. Jimmy and Ismail are just the best. They don't have much in the way of entertainment so perfect if you need a quiet break away from it all

Reception staff were polite and spoke reasonably good English. We asked to be moved as the view was basically a tin roof. Side location with a slight sea view. The rooms are as shown on the web page

In a word “None” honestly this is a real let down it’s an adult only and some being elderly need somewhere comfortable to sit and relax to chat with friends, family etc but honestly there are only 6 chairs in the reception with for the most part reps use to try to sell you trips etc

I asked Jimmy what the entertainment was for the rest of the week to which he replied “entertainment once a week” so bring cards or board games or tablets. Otherwise you’re going to have to go find your own entertainment

There appears to be a couple of bars but only one was open during our time here and it’s counter or table service. Ask for Jimmy, he’s going to look after you. That’s not his name but that’s what he likes to be called

The massage and spa experience was very good! It was a very happening place with music or bands entertaining esp on weekends! Only thing was it getting noisy in the weekends and the noise filtered to the rooms so sleep was not peaceful

A lovely swimmimng pool, a small but good gym, the rooms were a bit small but overall good, clean and good view from the balcony. The cuisine had a lot of variety and drinks on the house really helped to unwind

Having said that, they do have sun beds on a stretch of the beach and I was informed by other guests that the sea was somewhat warmer. There have been complaints from some people regarding the food

I stayed at this hotel in August for a week with my granddaughter and we thoroughly enjoyed it. I went home and told my husband so we’re here now at the end of a 10 day stay

I must say that we haven’t had a problem at all. If you take the time to explore the dishes on offer we think that there is something there for every taste

A welcome haven just outside of Marmaris town. A lovely place to relax but we could easily access the national park or surrounding water activities. The food and wine were excellent (we had the a la carte menu option)

We’ve stayed at many hotels in Turkey, but this one was definitely the BEST! Pros: - The location is unique - The food is excellent - The service is high-quality - The sea and pool are amazing - Great selection of activities To improve: - The rooms could need some renovation - It would be nice if children were allowed too We’ll definitely come back! Don’t forget to leave a tip — there are tip boxes...

Food delicious, I liked that it wasn’t buffet style. Good selection of activities, (e-foil a highlight) blended with a cool vibe around the pool. Stayed in a triple room with sea view which had large terrace area

The rooms are spacious and clean and we had a large king sized bed; it does take a little getting used to not flushing the toilet paper down the drain in the entire facility but bidets are available at every restroom

There are lots of activities to do if you want also through the Nielsen connection. A water taxi runs to Marmaris marina daily every other hour for ten euro per journey which is helpful if you want to go visit there

The beach is fantastic, the venue clean and very beautiful and Wi-Fi is widely available. The spa is pricey but another highlight that I can cordially recommend! Overall, we thinking about coming back next year!

Not as big as other resorts and so didn't feel crowded either. Swimming pools were good with options for adults and younger children. Food options were acceptable with a good range available

The resort is also on the edge of the town of Icmeler which has a range of bars, restaurants and supermarkets. Marmaris itself is a short journey away too via water taxi. Hotel itself was wonderful with friendly staff

Our main concern was that the hotel was advertised by our tour operator as having been “fully refurbished in 2023” with a “top-to-toe refurbishment” and described as “shiny new. ” This was a key reason we chose it

To be clear, our main frustration was with the way the hotel was marketed by our tour operator, rather than the hotel staff themselves who were generally polite and tried to help where they could

Another issue was that the all-inclusive offering wasn’t fully available at times, as staff explained it was the end of the season and certain food and drink options had run out

For those reasons I wouldn’t say the holiday was terrible, but there were several issues that meant it didn’t match what we believed we had booked

Awesome hotel throughout cleanliness food quality staff attitude all amazing and the spa is one of the best I have ever been to, the staff in the spa are extremely polite and knowledgeable definitely recommend this to anybody and will be coming back again

I visited Sky Spa and Fitness at this hotel after reading reviews. This was no disappointment and one of my best experiences during my time in Turkey. After advice I opted for a hammam and a massage

Premier Nergis Beach Hotel is everything you want from an all-inclusive in Marmaris. Hire a car and explore the area! The food is simply fantastic, fresh, varied, and with different themes each night

It was such a lovely experience made even better by the spa manager Katarina, who treated us so well and made us feel special. Big shout out to the ladies given the treatments

Everything. Hotel was beautiful and specious. Superbly laid out in an excellent location and the staff were outstanding in every way possible

The pool area is spotless and beautifully maintained, with plenty of space to relax. The hotel’s spa and fitness center are excellent, modern, clean, and genuinely relaxing

The resort itself has everything you could need - I’ve got to say we barely left because my auntie struggles to walk, and we still had the best time!! We went right at the end of the season and still really enjoyed the entertainment, but I can imagine that in the summer it is even better! Lodges are clean and comfortable ( free minibar and safety deposit box) and the room service was very efficient. Not too good for people with mobility issues as there is a lot of steps and hills

Excellent stay once again ( 2nd time, 3rd booked for May) Location is great, not too far from Marmaris but in a quiet woodland location

Hotel has good location away from town but with quick taxi drive around 10-15min. Hotel has nice relaxing atmosphere where you can enjoy quiet and nature. Rooms are little bit dated but clean with good service

Its not to far grom marmaris town, a bus (£1), taxi or water taxi can get you there but its far enough away to remain peaceful and tranquil. We had a twin room which we pushed the beds together in with a beautiful view

Now for me the best part of my holiday was the Spa in the hotel, I honestly can say it was the best Spa experience I've ever had !! It was that good I went 4 times

U can get them down on price and they offer excellent package deals !! A special thank you to my angel Lianna she looked after me the week I was there she was AMAZING 🫶 literally the best massage ever I highly recommend if you are staying here

The hotel is located on the beach, you can walk out of the bar onto the beach or jetty, both of which are for guests only. When they say all-inclusive, they mean it

No messing about with "two drinks per person", or massive queues. The food and service in the restaurant is top-notch, with the staff really on top of their game

All floors are service by 2 lifts and there is a hairdressers and a small. well stocked shop for pretty much anything you need and good prices

Every year that I holiday in the hotel I out my jewelry in the shop and Arran returns them to me like new. To clean a diamond ring back home can be expensive so take advantage of opportunity

Usual problems with sunbed pirates same people everyday if somebody could find a solution and stick to it i would return every year. The hotel had entertainment every night which was good

However did you know that when you purchase a ring from Arran to also get a care package which consists of cleaning your ring for free

We had a seaview room on the corner of the hotel which was absolutely massive,the view was out of this world

Food quality was inconsistent a lot maintained at high temperature. UKTV channels were available if you was willing to pay extra. Snuck bar very Limited and ice cream is only available after 3 pm for two hours

The hotel was an average experience suddenly not five star. The Wi-Fi was nearly non-existent, the cocktail and all-inclusive drink options were very poor

The female is nice but for me she doesnt dress adequate for a staff member if you have to keep pulling dresses down etc your not dressed correctly. The entertainment on a night has some good nights and ok ones

The food is a high standard but it does get tiresome. Its the samething most days from breakfast-dinner. Need to bring themed nights and no doner kebabs. Which we were looking forward to the most so we ate out one night

The entertainment team are great the 2 lads are brilliant, get everyone involved. Jay Jay i believe his name stands out above them all, has a good laugh with the guests and is always professional

The manager is very happy and gets involved in every guest. Only one day he shouted at a towel boy because a guest had a glass drink around pool. Talk to your staff with respect the guest is in the wrong not him

The hotel need to control this better as people dont come out till 11-12 before they start using them. Booking system would be better with a timing system. If a person isnt on the bed for over 2 hours

We did receive a fruit basket and a bottle of red so was nice. The hotel is very modern and immaculate all the time. The staff are brilliant and great at their job. All pleasant and willing to help

Particulalry worth to mention are: -fresh orange juice for breakfast -Draught carlsberg and tuborg -variety of desserts, vegetables and fruits available during every meal -most of dishes were interesting and delicious -ice coffee, chicken fingers and beef wrap in snack bar, all were really good Most importantly you can really feel the staff is trying to make your stay better

It is one of the best hotels in İçmeler with an all-inclusive concept. The food is especially amazing. I would like to thank the chef, especially the sales manager Mrs Seçil and the waiter Mr Saygın for their attention

Nice quiet end of the beach front, yet close enough to walk into the nightlife. Atmosphere was a nice chilled vibe, staff were excellent and friendly

Rooms were excellent with towels and bed linen changed daily. Air conditioning was good, though sometimes too cold, but you could change that easily enough on the display on the wall
