The hotel's location is excellent, and the cleaning service was adequate. However, the 'do more with less' approach with limited staff is completely unacceptable for the service one expects from a 5-star complex. Despite this, F&B Manager Gökhan BEKTAŞ and his team were very attentive and friendly.

The experience was really nice at the hotel. Its very spacious with three pools and a lot of greenery. The entertainment team was amazing with a lot of energy and fun interactive activities. Sooo, after reading reviews of this hotel I was a tad apprehensive when my wife told me she had booked Pineta Club for our sixth trip to Marmaris (we've been other places such as Morocco, Egypt,, Thailand etc so "been around" as it were) putting it mildly! Ok. From start to finish. This was an EasyJet holiday. Arrival at Dalaman airport. Found our taxi. We booked a private taxi through EasyJet but what we didn’t know was the drive would be a formula 1 racing driver. A welcome haven just outside of Marmaris town. A lovely place to relax but we could easily access the national park or surrounding water activities. The food and wine were excellent (we had the a la carte menu option). All the staff were so lovely and helpful too.

Cook's Club Adakoy is such a nice location! It's at a private beach in a secluded area with a breathtakingly gorgeous view. The rooms are spacious and clean and we had a large king sized bed; it does take a little getting used to not flushing the toilet paper down the drain in the entire facility but bidets are available at every restroom. Beware of mosquitoes! We had to keep the balcony door closed...

We didn't stay at Emre this year, after 7 years but we do still go back to visit Omar the hairdresser in the hotel. He is the best in Turkey and his bouncy blow dries are out of this world. I still have nice curls a day and a half later. Keep being fab Omar and we will see you in October ♥️ 🇹🇷

Visited today for my eye lashes and hair extensions. They're beautiful and soooo much cheaper than the UK. I paid £270 English pound. I'm so happy with them. The guys who did my hair, were super friendly and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend.

Wow! 3rd time here in 3 years! Cannot fault the hotel what so ever, the staff are friendly and cant do enough for you, the hotel is very clean, the rooms are amazing and a big variety of food. We had a great view of the pool and the sea. The spa was fairly priced so we went twice! All the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. I would definitely go back amd stay longer next time.

A very warm welcome on arrival after leaving the hotel at the airport at 3 a.m then a four and half flight and then one hour and a half transfer we need it! All the staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a great location, it's own beach with sunbeds with beach umbrella included. Okay midday snacks and the Effes is COLD! GREAT entertainment at night. Great holiday!

Did an all-inclusive 7 night stay. Rooms were decent. The air conditioning wasn't great but when I complained they offered to move me rooms so couldn't ask for more. Lovely hotel right by the beach. It was pretty clean, the staff very hospitable and helpful, the food really took me by surprise- breakfast, lunch snacks and dinner everything was tasty & perfect. Only one thing that was inconvenient in the room we stayed in (double sea side view), was the lack of main light, there were only dim lights because of which was unable to find and see our stuff properly

The hotel was an average experience suddenly not five star. The Wi-Fi was nearly non-existent, the cocktail and all-inclusive drink options were very poor. Food quality was inconsistent a lot maintained at high temperature. UKTV channels were available if you was willing to pay extra.
