It couldn't be better

When we checked in, the room was very damp and the floor was dirty. I would like to point out the very poor lighting. There are smudges in the dishwasher and, in general, there are many issues with cleanliness. There was a brown stain on the curtains. We turned a blind eye to everything, but 6 hours after eviction they gave us a bad review in Airbnb and demanded material damage of $120 for damaged bedding from felt-tip pens, they didn’t try to wash it, they said they threw it away😃
In addition to all this, we forgot a mobile phone in the room, which they, of course, did not find. And from remote access it is clear that at 10 am he was there.
The man who checked us in is a super cool dude. There are no complaints about him. Everything else is very, very doubtful. Think before choosing this hotel.

Everything was great. But 8 hours after we left, problems with the manager began. We received a bad review without clarifying the circumstances in the accommodation booking application. A bunch of complaints and an insult after the fact.

A perfect price/performance hotel with a pool. The guys at the reception are caring and friendly. The cleanliness of the bathroom and toilet could be a little better. Even if they renovated the toilet and bathroom along with the furniture, they could deserve five stars. The sheets smelled of fabric softener and were clean. Air conditioning was working properly. Overall we were satisfied.
