Vinifera Ephesus Hotel in Selcuk

The place is really unhygienic, do not get fooled by the pictures they put on booking....
This is one of the worst hotels I have been in my life. It smells bad until the point we had to sleep with the window opened.
The shower is broken. There was water everywhere every time we wanted to have a shower. There is also mold in the shower.
The floors are dirty and dusty. You can find dead mosquitos on the walls and a lot of dust in the ventilation. We requested the room to be cleaned but we could clearly see that nothing was done.
Do not ruin your vacations going to this hotel!

We had a terrible experience at this hotel, as we arrived we noticed that the hall smelled bad and it was not clean. Once entered the room we noticed that the floor was extremely dirty, as well as the shower, the sink was clogged and the bathroom was smelling bad. We asked to have the room properly cleaned or we would have left returning from our tour and the receptionist looked really sorry and told us that it would be done by the time we returned. Still, we entered the room after our tour and despite the smell of detergent, everything looked as dirty as before.
Not sure what is wrong with them (I felt like there was no professional cleaning service and probably the absence of vacuum cleaner, proper detergents and hygienic procedures). The hotel has a great view and the facilities would be great but it is poorly maintained and in decay (the pool also looked really dirty, full of green stains inside and all around). We would discourage anyone else to ruin their holiday and feel in such discomfort as we were.

we took the room 2 hours late after 16 due to technical problems,jakuzzi was not hygenic, shower was not working properly , hot water problematic ,dust on glases . we sent all the pictures to the reception they said they will tell to the administration :)
