In the centre of the city the air of a boutique hotel with stylish and fresh rooms with sea views and a hotel. Atakum outgoing minibuses walk. Something we didn't frankly. On the menu breakfast hearty and the yogurt. I was satisfied. I will recommend a hotel , just there's a shortage, you must call at least 1 week in advance.

A regular hotel, the rooms are fine however a little dirty and dusty. The staff is helpful and friendly. We booked a room which said view on the sea and it had view on the building. We were too busy and tired to ask anything about it but it a very rude gesture. The place was fine overall but still not the best. Also the internet wasn't working at all

I am a traveller and Youtuber. Location for this hotel apartment is perfect in the centre and 2 minutes walk to sea and salvation point. Room was decent and I don't expect mush for the price I paid without breakfast. But this hotel apartment is has everything close to it restaurant, shopping street, banks, Coffee shop etc.

The parking problem is important. Employees used to be more serious than before, now we can handle them.

The staff was very helpful and kind in spite of the language barrier. Breakfast was good and fulfilling. There’s no a lot of dining options in the area but it is not too far to drive to find lots of other options. Room was spacious. It would be great if they had an iron and ironing board for guests to use.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean. However, the bed and pillow were very uncomfortable. We could not rest during our stay at the hotel. Boutique Hotel run professionally with clean rooms & a good vibe. Restaurant is amazing & highly recommend the Adana kebab (it was legendary / best ever) & the mixed Grill. Also the Bafra kıymalı & kuşbaşı pide were delicious. Special thanks to Management, Staff and the Head Chef.

Tried the Hatay breakfast and absolutely loved everything as they were all fresh and in such perfect portions. The place looks very business-like and not hip but it is located just across the sea and offers a pleasant view and atmosphere. A bit pricier than alternatives around but worth it.

We stayed for a full month and were blown away by the care and attention the hotel staff gave us. Every need was met with a smile, and the service truly felt like home. Immaculate rooms, warm hospitality, and a team that goes above and beyond. Highly recommend—an unforgettable stay!

The room needs major renovations. It feels dirty. The smell of cigarettes is everywhere. The walls are as thin as cardboard in the bathroom; you can hear your neighbor's breathing. On the positive side, the owner is friendly and the staff is polite and helpful.

Excellent for 3-star hotel. Outstanding service. Breakfast was perfectly adequate and ideed buffet style. Everything worked well (TV, hot water etc.). Obviously frigobar content was payable but there was free tea and coffee plus facilities in the room. I could leave juggage for the rest of the day. Right across from train station.

Room was clean .. available AC unit. The hotel overall was ok. Dropped a star because of the not so great breakfast dishes.

We were looking to stay the night and went in to checkout the rooms. The young man at the front desk was very kind and took us in a tour of the entire hotel. The rooms offered great views and very clean. Pricing was reasonable. Location was spectacular. Although we decided to continue our travel, we will be back for a real stay. Limited parking was available in from of the property.

Location of the hotel was great. We had everything around us like different restaurants, supermarkets, bars, … the bad point is the rooms with city view are very loud. The hotel is at the Main Street and there are a lot of cars. If you keep your windows continuously closed, it’s better. But if you open them you can’t hear yourself talking. Cheap and clean with 5 star service. Near to metro station and bus station. No elevator No Refrigerator . No public beach around. Poor breakfast. Free but limited number of car parking space. I recommend it because it is clean and cheap

The hotel is very close to the sea - this is a big plus. We stayed only one night, so the main thing for us was that the bed was clean, and there were no problems with this. Unfortunately, the hotel itself needs renovation, and we noticed mold in the bathroom. Suitable for a short stay, if the location is more important than the comfort and condition of the rooms.

The price and service are good. There's no on-site parking, but plenty of options nearby. The only downside is the condition of the furnishings; some renovations are needed. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We would definitely book this hotel again. The hotel is right on the beach and the conditions are good. It should be noted that cars cannot enter the intersection south of the hotel. You have to go around to the road along the seaside to the north of the hotel, and then drive to the front of the hotel and park.

The sea and the beach are a minute's walk from the hotel. There is breakfast, good and fast internet.

The service here was really good I would recommend staying here especially in a country where mostly people speak Turkish they still find ways to communicate and ensure that we are comfortable. Sibel has been really nice and helpful towards me and my father ensuring everything is okay with me especially as I had surgery she helped me through some processes and always communicated when I needed her

I came to Samsun for a job interview and came across this place while looking for a clean and comfortable place to stay. The rooms, the hygiene, the friendliness of the staff, everything is perfect, I definitely recommend it. The hotel is also in a perfect location.

Thank you to there Honest Staff ( Kursat ) including the Beautiful honest cleaning ladies we now have our IPhone 13 Pro . Excellent location, good value for money

Great location – but room 103 stinks! Warning: Room 103 stinks incredibly! The hotel knows about it but can't/won't do anything about it. We spent one night there because of its proximity to the beach. I would never have spent a second night in that room under any circumstances. Otherwise, the room was reasonably good. The beach, cafes, and discos are right outside the hotel.

We had fun staying in this hotel and it has a magical view.

A good, clean, simple hotel. If a problem occured, the stuff would immediate care to solve it. Especially as we were guest who spend the time there out of hotel season (it ended in September), all we need was there.
