Overall, the hotel is good. However, during our stay we faced a few inconveniences:
The elevator only reaches the 4th floor, while our room was on the 5th floor.
Cleanliness could be improved with more attention to detail.
The mattresses were quite worn out and uncomfortable.
Breakfast had very limited options.
The soundproofing was weak, and outside noise could be heard inside the rooms.
With some improvements in these areas, the hotel could provide a much better guest experience.

The rooms were spacious and clean, the bathroom was clean, there were caring staff, especially the gentleman who saw us off at the exit, gave us hot water in our thermos, it was a nice gesture for us, the breakfast is good, don't expect too much for the breakfast, it is sufficient, the central location is good aspects........ the room TVs are small, it doesn't have its own parking lot, but there is still space for the car on the street

The staff was helpful, and the breakfast was good. The hotel location is great. It is next to the farmer's market that take place every Sunday, and it close to restaurants and shopping area.

The hotel is about 15 minute walk from Tokat bus terminal (Otogar) . It is very accessible to the city center and sightseeing spots in the city. The room we stayed at doesn’t have an electric kettle, which was a bit disappointing. However, in general, we didn’t have any problems and stayed comfortably.

Tokat first visit
First of all I would like to thank the hotel staff for their kindness they try to help as much as they can and for their turkish generous. Then lets review hotel, the location was superb for me as its in the middle of the road between the market area and the river, and mall, the hotel room was big enough for 3 or 4 persons.
The negative things is that the air-condition keeps shut between time to time, same thing for the wifi, and the hotel needs to be renewed. The resturant breakfast is just ok for me but for the others might not be good.
