Excellent!!
I was very satisfied with my stay! The hotel is elegant, the rooms are clean, the bedding is comfortable, and the soundproofing is excellent. The front desk service was friendly and attentive, and check-in and check-out were efficient. The breakfast was varied and delicious. The location is excellent, with convenient transportation, shopping, and dining options nearby. It's a great value and I'll definitely stay here again! I highly recommend it to anyone who needs it.

The hotel is comfortable, but the security guard, Furkan, was very disturbing. He behaved in a harassing manner. Despite our complaints, he wasn't removed. Therefore, if you're traveling as a family, you're always at risk of harassment. Shame on you for employing such people.

The price/performance ratio is very high, the room is very clean, the hotel is relatively new, and the breakfast is quite rich.

I don't recommend it to anyone.
The room carpets were old and had large stains in many areas. The furniture was very old and dusty, and we were assigned this hotel without any cleaning. The bathroom was very old, and the shower stall had excessive stains and marks. The bathroom silicone had darkened in many places. There was no toilet paper; I requested it, but they brought it later. We barely stayed one night because the bedding was clean, and we had to change hotels the next day. Although swimming caps are required at the pool, no one was using it, and there were cigarette butts under the sunbeds and it was dirty. The changing rooms were filthy and extremely wet, and towels and towels were scattered everywhere. Apparently, the manager had no time to sit and answer the phone. There's an indoor parking garage, and the entrance and inside are a bit cramped. The reception staff was polite and attentive. The breakfast variety was adequate.
This hotel isn't worth its price. I don't recommend it to anyone.

The hotel is 4 stars but it has aged over time and needs maintenance. The breakfast was very simple, not at a 4 star level. Also, although we were 4 people, they did not want to give us a 3 person room and add an extra bed. When we said there were 4 people, they asked for an extra fee when we moved to a 4 person room. After a long discussion with the manager, he did not take an extra fee.

They only have one person to handle breakfast, and this person is a bit of a **** to the customers! He's completely dissatisfied with his life.
There's only one outlet on the desk in the room, and it's connected to the refrigerator. When I asked for an extension, I got the answer, "No."
There's no TRT Spor on the TV. The channels are insufficient.
