The location is the best in Kayseri, in my opinion, everything is close, and there's a direct road to Erciyes without having to meander through the city. This hotel was where I stayed during a business trip. For a five-star hotel, it was very old and outdated. The rooms were generally warm, but even on hot days, they were overheated. From a price-to-value perspective, choosing this hotel at these prices is illogical. Charging for water just because it's in a glass bottle is ridiculous.

I had a great stay at the hotel. A big thank you to two wonderful ladies at the reception: Șeyma and Elif. :) They were both extremely helpful and took great care of me. I forgot some things in my hotel room, and they called me immediately. I definitely recommend the hotel, and I will surely stay here during my next trips to Kayseri.

I wish I could give this hotel 5 stars because the staff (and breakfast buffet and dinner) were so good. Unfortunately, our room was 26.5 degrees C/80 degrees F in November, the heat was going, and they told us we could not turn it down because the heat is controlled centrally all winter. The common areas in the hotel were a reasonable temperature, so I don’t know why our room was so hot.

Really friendly staff, good location. Best during weekdays, lifts are a bit crowded on weekends. Good food, decent parties, modern rooms. 5th floor had some heating problems but other floors were nice. Quite cheap rental options compared to rest of Turkey

Rooms are quite large for families, very friendly stuff with their utmost attention to the guests’ requests. They have free shuttle to the ski area which is around 5 mins away from the hotel. Foods are delicious and the hotel overall has a cozy and warm atmosphere.
