We chose this hotel based on the reviews, but our experience was a complete disappointment. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that the reception had no idea this was even a ski hotel. Shuttle times were given incorrectly, they couldn’t even point out a ski slope just 300 meters away, and all of this was handled with a very careless attitude. To be fair, everyone except the reception staff was great. From the chef to the daily service staff, the ski room team, lobby staff, and housekeeping—everyone was genuinely helpful and kind. Unfortunately, the hotel is so poorly managed that all their efforts go to waste. When our friend got injured, the reception was once again nowhere to be found; other staff members took the initiative to find crutches for us from other hotels. We even had issues getting ice due to the reception, which were only resolved once other staff got involved. On the day we arrived, there was no parking available, and again the reception failed to guide us. Since there was no bellboy, we had to carry all our luggage ourselves from wherever we managed to park. We also happened to stay on an event night, and apparently no one remembered this is a ski hotel—loud music continued until 1 a.m. Combined with the constantly opening automatic entrance door, we were exposed to noise and shouting all night. We were only able to reach the reception on our fourth call. The food was unfortunately very poor. Especially on the event night, it was a complete fiasco: frozen nuggets and schnitzel were served after long waiting times. Things only started to change after another guest complained. Ski rental inside the hotel is also almost three times more expensive than at the slopes. In short: great staff, extremely poor management. This is definitely not a hotel we would choose again.

The Food is Good, But Soundproofing and Noise are a Big Problem

First, let me talk about the good points: The food was really delicious, the location is not bad, and the shuttle service works quite quickly. However, we were greatly disappointed in terms of relaxing, which was the main purpose of our stay.

Since it's a 'child-friendly hotel,' we expected a calmer and quieter environment, but we encountered the opposite. Unfortunately, the soundproofing is almost non-existent. Around 2:00-3:00 AM, the shouting of tourists (especially Russian guests) in the corridor was audible in our room. Worse, on Saturday, after skiing all day and returning to the room exhausted, resting was impossible; the sound of the concert in the hotel continued until 1:00 AM as if it were right in our room.

We stayed in rooms on the road side, and I definitely do not recommend this side. If you are going to stay there, be sure to request rooms with a lake view and on the quieter side. Although the service and food are good, be prepared for sleepless nights."

It's one of the best hotels I've been to. It is small, cosy, and with unique atmosphere. The food is delicious and the staff is extremely friendly, professional and helpful. I definitely reccommend this place. :)

We spent a week in the hotel with my son in a family room. The hotel is new, cozy, without crowds, as I like. The service in the restaurant and spa is at a high level, everything is controlled by the manager who takes care of every detail. Clean, fragrant. The perfect place for skiing, the bus will take you to the slope (about 3 minutes). The food is varied and for carnivores and vegans. Rental and new ski equipment on site. I recommend.

We stayed for 3 nights and 4 days to spend the New Year holidays. The hotel is new, the rooms are spacious. The lobby is very nicely decorated. There are fireplaces in 3 different areas. The fireplaces are lit after 4pm. After skiing you can have hot chocolate, coffee or sahlep by the fireplace. The hotel management is completely focused on customer satisfaction. The dining area has a view of the snow. The buffet is great, you can have an omelette in the morning and various meat dishes in the evening. We were stuck between DAS and the Library Hotel, but I'm glad we stayed at the Library. We are already planning our next stay.

We came after reading reviews before arrival and chose it because it is a new hotel. I am glad we came, the hotel is very clean, stylish, comfortable and tastefully furnished. The staff is very caring, especially Mert who takes care of all the guests one by one. We were very well received and relaxed. The best hotel for a holiday in Erciyes. Thanks to the whole team under the leadership of Mert, we had a great holiday. We will be back as soon as possible.

Highly recommended, a week's stay at this hotel was a 10 :). The staff is very helpful, doing everything possible to make the time spent in the establishment pleasant and enjoyable. Kitchen - toilet everyone will find for themselves ... Large rooms, safe, refrigerator with mini-bar (for an extra charge) bathrooms with a very large shower, a set of hotel cosmetics, hair dryer, soft robes The hotel has a sauna, spa, ski room, equipment rental. During our stay, live music was played in the club next to the lobby 2 times. 🙂🙂

Really friendly staff, good location. Best during weekdays, lifts are a bit crowded on weekends. Good food, decent parties, modern rooms. 5th floor had some heating problems but other floors were nice. Quite cheap rental options compared to rest of Turkey

We had an amazing stay at this ski hotel! The location is perfect – just a short walk to the slopes, but if you prefer, the hotel also provides convenient shuttle services. The rooms were spacious, modern, and spotlessly clean, offering a comfortable retreat after a long day on the mountain. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, always making sure we had everything we needed. One of the highlights was the food – a varied and delicious selection every day, with plenty of options to suit different tastes. Overall, everything was super! A fantastic place to stay for a ski trip, and we’ll definitely be coming back!
