Really nice hotel with pleasant rooms and general areas. Great, tasty food with multiple choices both for breakfast and dinner. You cannot ski-in ski-out but there is hotel shuttle continuously riding those few hundred metres to the other building on the slope where you have lockers for ski equipment.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Das 3917 hotel, perfect service, very nice and friendly staff, always willing to help. Excellent cuisine, incredible selection of delicacies and also a great spa with saunas and a pool.

The hotel is five-star and has its own free shuttle bus to the ski center. Breakfast, afternoon tea, and dinner are all included. I woke up at 7 or 8 am after four consecutive days of skiing—I was exhausted! It would be a shame to stay at a ski hotel without skiing. Convenient hotel with better a la carte, easy-going staff and good spa. Hotel itself is approximately 10 years old; so cant complain about age, could be better maintained though. The hotel don’t have the rich Turkish spot, which is excellent so you know you are not going to be ripped-off.

The hotel has everything you need, the staff is friendly and helpful. The pool and saunas are very good. The food is amazing - very tasty and there are endless dishes to choose from. Also great are the shuttles that take skiers to and from the gondola lift - you never have to wait long as they seem to circulate non-stop.

Great location! Near tram station and is right next to the largest mall in Kayseri. Room is clean and spacious, with good mountain view. Also just 10 minutes car ride to the airport. The swimming pool is awesome with great mountain view. Just remember to bring your swimming cap or you can buy one there for 200 Turkish Lira.

I made a mistake in booking Rasisson. There are 3 hotels in Kayseri, one on the Mount side and the other on the Lake side. The one in the city has a shuttle bus to the ski resort three times a day. We came to Erciyes to ski and since the mountain hotels were too expensive, we stayed in the center of Kayseri and made the round trip, 28 km away from the mountain. A very good and friendly personal, very good location, walking distance to the castle, Old bazaar, city center , also Erciyes Mountain is just 10 min by car. Everything was great, nice and clean hotel. I liked the fact that it was close to the airport in Kayseri. I had a relaxing stay, swimming and using the sauna and steam room as well. I had an early flight, so l wasn’t able to have breakfast. I will stay here again if l ever come back.

The hotel was a really positive surprise for the price. My wife and I stayed there for three nights. It's in a great central location, and we were genuinely surprised by how clean it was. You get what you pay for. The receptionist didn't speak any English. The accomodations are very basic. The location has its plus and minus. It's not in a pretty part of town. But it is downtown close to the Kayseri Castle, metro, Bazaar and so on. I only need a place to stay from 2:00 am till 9:00 am and so it was perfect.

My friend and I loved this hotel. We loved the staff and the neighborhood. The neighborhood is not a tourist center so we got a real slice of life while there. We made many friends in the neighborhood at restaurants, and shops. I will truly miss the friends I made in this neighborhood.

The hotel has great access to the old town and the city center, where many sightseeing spots are concentrated. I wish I could give this hotel 5 stars because the staff (and breakfast buffet and dinner) were so good. Unfortunately, our room was 26.5 degrees C/80 degrees F in November, the heat was going, and they told us we could not turn it down because the heat is controlled centrally all winter. The common areas in the hotel were a reasonable temperature, so I don’t know why our room was so hot.

Our room was spacious enough, and the breakfast was good. We stayed there during our visit for ski tourism. Having breakfast at the hotel saved us time compared to having breakfast out.

Structure strategically positioned as it is a 5 minute drive from the airport while the center of Kayseri (castle and bazaar) are a 10 minute walk. The rooms are basic but clean, I recommend asking for a room that does not overlook the main road, even if it is warmer due to the exposure you will not have car noise and you will enjoy a better view. Excellent service, decent environment, very good cleaning, very good breakfast. There is hot water all the time. I asked for 5 ready waters, they gave them, I asked how much it cost, they said it was free. I was very pleased. The staff is very respectful. Foreign tourists also often prefer it. I recommend it to everyone.

My trip to Kayseri was cancelled due to Pegasus Airline shenanigans. I explained my situation to Nüzhet Hotel and managed to get a full refund despite having made a non-refundable booking. In the end I did not use the hotel, but I appreciated the quickness of the refund and thought I'd leave a positive comment.
