This is my second visit this season. Overall, it's a great hotel. We loved the location. It has stunning mountain views from the windows. There's a grocery supermarket nearby. The spa and pool are a perfect addition to a winter getaway. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, matching the photos on the hotel website. There are a few minor issues with housekeeping. Towels aren't always changed, but when you contact reception, they take care of everything promptly. A special thank you to my fellow countrywoman, Alsu. A true professional :)

The location is the best in Kayseri, in my opinion, everything is close, and there's a direct road to Erciyes without having to meander through the city.
The amenities are excellent; this is our second time staying at this hotel (we stayed two years ago). The beds, pillows, and mattresses are all superb. There's a pool, sauna, and hammam. The changing rooms were renovated this year, and you can tell they've been updated.
The view from the window onto the square is superb.
The rooms are very warm, sometimes even too hot.
Cons:
1. Cleaning and cleanliness - they're very poor in the rooms. They wash the floors every other time, and even then, they don't sweep or mop the corners or under the furniture, and they don't dust. Cleaning is a big issue here, and monitoring it is also a challenge. We're just not picky, so it's fine for us; the advantages outweigh the other advantages, but those who value cleanliness may not like it. However, if you complain to the hotel reception, cleaning issues tend to get resolved more or less.
2. The TV is an old model, if anyone cares. No Smart TV, no YouTube, and the hard drive or flash drive won't connect. There are plenty of channels, but we liked it.
3. The transfer to the mountain is poorly organized; it's not punctual and can be 20 minutes late! They drop everyone off at their hotels, and the transfer isn't their own, so sometimes the return trip took 1.5 hours, which is terrible.
4. The hotel breakfasts are very expensive, and the restaurant for dinner is also expensive.

The location is great, in the city center. The hotel is a bit old, but comfortable.

This hotel was where I stayed during a business trip. For a five-star hotel, it was very old and outdated. The rooms were generally warm, but even on hot days, they were overheated. There was no hot water during the evening on a weekend, but the staff didn't seem to do anything about it. During my stay, I experienced two days of no hot water. The price wasn't expensive for a five-star hotel, but I wouldn't go back.

From a price-to-value perspective, choosing this hotel at these prices is illogical. Charging for water just because it's in a glass bottle is ridiculous.

I had a great stay at the hotel. A big thank you to two wonderful ladies at the reception: Șeyma and Elif. :) They were both extremely helpful and took great care of me. I forgot some things in my hotel room, and they called me immediately. I definitely recommend the hotel, and I will surely stay here during my next trips to Kayseri.

I wish I could give this hotel 5 stars because the staff (and breakfast buffet and dinner) were so good. Unfortunately, our room was 26.5 degrees C/80 degrees F in November, the heat was going, and they told us we could not turn it down because the heat is controlled centrally all winter. The common areas in the hotel were a reasonable temperature, so I don’t know why our room was so hot.

The room smelled musty. The hotel Wi-Fi wasn't working, and they didn't say anything. I got up early to catch my flight, but was kept waiting for the hotel staff to check if I'd used anything from the fridge. I told them I hadn't, and they made us wait. No one checked for a long time. Finally, they said they'd checked and found nothing.
