I stayed at ibis Eskişehir and honestly, it was below expectations. The only real highlight was the breakfast staff — especially Ms. Seda, who was super kind, professional and really made mornings enjoyable. She was the bright spot of my stay.
The rest wasn’t great. I had asked for a quiet room and even got a message confirming it, but was given a room on the first floor facing the city. Loud music until late made it impossible to sleep. The bed and especially the pillows were really uncomfortable — definitely not a place to stay if you have back or neck problems.
On top of that, the bathroom ceiling had big water stains around the lights and vent (see photos). It looked bad and honestly made me question the maintenance and hygiene. I was also told to check in online but still had to do it again at the reception, which was just confusing.
The room size is fine and the location is central, but overall I left disappointed. Apart from the breakfast staff, especially Seda, I can’t really find another reason to recommend this hotel.

If I come to Eskişehir again, I will stay here again. We were very pleased. A classic Ibis hotel.

The stay was very nice but it was possible to take the escalator without a room card. This is a security issue. Other Ibis hotels care more about security.

Conveniently located near the train station. Check in lady was very kind and efficient. Buffet breakfast was great. Room was comfortably round-shaped and spacious.

Clean room with very comfy bed and powerful shower. Very friendly and helpful reception staff. Great location. I arrived by train from İstanbul and the hotel is 5 to 10 minutes walk from the station. Very good
location with the busy streets of the city center next to the hotel. The breakfast was ok, not amazing, but nothing to complain about. I also recieved a fruit plate in my room, which was very kind of the staff. Thank you İbis Eskişehir for your kind hospitality

A great hotel in the heart of the city. You can walk everywhere after leaving your car in the parking lot. Perfect location.
