The rooms are quite nice , large and clean . But unfortunately their service is so bad that a client feel neglected and unimportant , the waiters are so uninterested and bored , we are regular clients and we come always to this hotel as we have good memories here , but lately the quality of the service has became so poor there is always something missing in our order and we had to order the same thing more than three times and still not be served and the problem is never resolved , The hotel is placed in the center of the city so is it’s so nice placed , but treating customers as they are not important just cancels the good sides of it

I had a great experience during my one-day stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly accommodating and allowed us to leave our luggage at the hotel even after our checkout time, which made it so convenient for us to handle our plans without any hassle. They didn’t charge anything for this service, which was a nice gesture. The cleanliness of the hotel was up to standard, and the overall atmosphere was pleasant. Everyone we interacted with was friendly and helpful. I’d definitely consider staying here again!

It is at the heart of the city. The restaurant and the terrace bar are open 24/7. They have so many deals for drinks and food. Rooms are very clean, hot water is immediate, everything is well planned and organized. Staff is very young, laid back, friendly and fast. Thanks for your hospitality.

We had a short trip to Eskishehir and choosed Hangover Central Hotel as place close to everywhere.
Really, great location. Near to train station, near to cafe and restorants, near to Mall...every place you can reach by walking in few minutes.
Clean rooms, relatively big in comparison with other hotels.
Very friendly, kind staff, always smiling to you.
Very nice breakfast, sufficient and fresh.
We stay in the mid floors room, so no noise from cafe disturb us.
We are enjoyed our stay there.

Perfect location, central. and on the road. In my opinion nice price, clean but were exposed to a very annoying music sound even i was on the 5th floor the only problem was this. The rooms are large

Nice place but but there is full smoke as they allow to smoke in the Tarres in winters
