Great staff members; they were very generous and concerned. The location is also perfect. On the other hand, the rooms were not good enough. It was smoked in the past. The signs of smoking were clear. So the rooms were notably smelly and dirty. The sheet was stained a lot, and it was pretty visible. However, it might be considered normal, given it is a three-star hotel. The hotel rates are reasonable. In terms of value-price, I would recommend staying at this hotel.

Comfortable and what i like the most is the stuff who is working in the reception they are really nice people they help you whatever you want, clean and quiet and the area is safe

I am sorry to give such a low review for this hotel, as it is a nice-looking hotel with fine service.
However, the main issue this hotel has is carpet bugs. The room I was in had an infestation and upon letting the reception know we were transfered to another room, and as far as I know only the sheets were changed in the old room. No exterminators were called. It's very alarming that even the other room probably HAD carpet bugs as there were holes on the floor carpets.
If you are sleeping here, please check all closets and beds before placing your clothes or resting.

It was a nice stay, pleasant and calm
I think they should have cleaned the room properly, there were torn carpets. But overall, good stay.

The hotel is good, although the rooms are a bit worn out. While it is a bit away from the city centre, you do not have issues with parking if you have a car.

Only the bed was comfortable, there was nothing else good about it. The taps, including the toilet, were broken. We listened to the noise until the morning. There were stains on the sheets and carpets. It is also located in Odunpazarı, but it does not have such a plus, they serve breakfast in the form of plates.

I highly recommend it to visitors of Eskişehir.The price is unbelievable comparing its services.The staff is so kind, rooms are so clean and spacious.You can find everything in it: water, tea, coffee.To sum up, it is worth visiting :)
