Good hotel for money Staff were helpful and friendly and the room had a map in it . Good touch i thought . Apart from was good not exceptional but good value for money and about 15 mins walk to the centre .

İt was a family vacation on weekend. Staff was friendly room was just ok. But I'm sure it is acceptable according to location standards. We didn't have breakfast. Problem was electricity off for the very long time and waited to someone to get it fix.

The lack of shower gel, a kettle, and a refrigerator in our room was a major drawback, in my opinion.

Overall, not a bad hotel. Breakfasts are good, portioned. One problem - the drain in the shower in the room was higher than the level of the tiles.

The room was good and clean but there was no daily cleaning, the noise from the other room and the cleaning sounds of the employees were very disturbing, our sleep was very interrupted.

The hotel is a boutique wood market house. We stayed on the roof floor as a family room. It was sufficient in terms of cleanliness and comfort. However, the room can sometimes smell from the ventilation. The staff is friendly. I recommend it. If I come again, I can stay at this hotel again. I did not have any problems with parking. It is possible to find parking or available places around it.

The hotel looks like a nice, clean historical mansion from the outside, but since there are no windows in the room, it looks a bit like a prison.

Abaci Konak Hotel is located at the center of Eskisehir OdunPazarı. The hotel got a special license from the ministry of culture and tourism. The interior of hotel decorated very well. The hotel consists of a number buildings. The food is great. Recommended.

Very nice hotel with quiet and comfortable rooms and a nice courtyard. Excellent breakfast with very attentive staff. Dinged one star as we tried to drink a beer in the courtyard but the waiter fled after we said "hello" and we left 20 minutes later without having seen him again and got the beer somewhere else. In the meantime I even translated my order into Turkish... Also WiFi did not really work...

History lovers will be hooked with it. All was great except the AC in the room wasn’t so effective. We had to leave the AC open until we return to ensure the room would be in a convenient temperature. Overall it is highly recommended

Fair value for money for a night We booked three rooms. Two rooms were stinky. But somehow we managed to spend the night as we had a stop over. For longer period I would not book it again.

All good except wifi was not working, even after being reset and there was an unpleasant smell from the room toilet. Toilet seat had some yellow marks as well. Beds were clean and comfortable, room apart from the toilet was very clean, although I couldn’t figure out how to turn on the heating system.

The hotel is a joke. Even the employees.are aware and giggle when you complain. Limestone on everything in the bathroom. Liquid soap, hair and body shampoo is the same s#it. Broken AC unit so you will sleep in a sauna. After complain don't expect to get anotger room. You can't open the door from the terrace as it is shared with the room next door. According to my personal experience every thing is medium range. I have stay there for 3 nights with my family and kids.

Very centrally located hotel. Small scale but good for short stay. Staff are helpful and nice. Breakfast is quite simple in a warm room unfortunately. There used to be a swimming pool there. Too bad the roof is closed. Room is spacious and clean , with balcony. Only thing missing is terrace where you can drink coffee.

At this price is one of the best hotels in city center. They will pay for your parking if you have car which is nice. Room is clean but bathroom had a bad smell. I don't know I think it was only my room and bathroom drain had a problem and some gases was escaping.

The reception service was good, but they told us breakfast started at 7 am the next morning. When we sat down at the restaurant at 7:10 am, breakfast hadn't arrived by 8 am.

Since it was an old hotel, it smelled a bit musty and the air conditioning was not working properly, but the location was not bad.

You should definitely choose this place. I found it because of the internet. We were hesitant to come as a family and because we had children, but the cleanliness, breakfast and everything was very good. The hotel is in the city center, there is no problem with transportation to anywhere you want in Eskişehir. The staff is very attentive. You can come without hesitation. Great little hotel. We had to book at short notice and received a warm welcome.

The hotel is located in a very lovely place. Its the old town of Eskisehir (which means also old town). The staff were super friendly, the breakfast is good and the room was also alright.

The hotel itself was reasonably good with the rooms spacious however the bathroom is relatively small. Comfortable bed. It’s located close to a lot of small cafes and bakeries. Just 100m walk and you’re in the city limits. Parking was provided however it’s approx 100m away as it’s almost impossible to get a car into the area. The staff were okay. I didn’t have much to do with them. I spent two nights...

The location is great, but the rooms need some more care. We stayed in a family room and the two of the power plugs were out and dangerous for children. The next door room's shower was too noisy which woke me up early in the morning. Hygen could be better too.

Beautiful hotel, very comfortable. The beds were very soft and high quality. The staff was very helpful and kind. The breakfast is served at the restaurant across the street, and it was a full turkish breakfast. We also had dinner there, and everything was handmade and delicious. The hotel itself is good, located in central Eskişehir and most attractions are within few steps away. Due to its location, it is noisy at night especially if your room faces back of the hotel. Try to get a room on the street side. 8th floor is not wheelchair accessible. The elevator goes up until 7th floor and you need to climb stairs after. The location of the hotel is very good and central. The only disadvantage of the location is it is opposite to tepebaşı police department. The open buffet breakfast was very satisfactory and varied. The bathroom and toilet were small and cramped. The first night the heaters were not lit and we werea little cold. However the hotel staff was very concerned and solution-oriented.

If someone wants to spend time in Eskişehir, I recommend this hotel. Very nice and helpful staff (despite the language barrier). The room I had was very clean, always prepared. The room has air conditioning, TV and good WiFi. Quiet and peaceful area. Breakfast always, with fresh bread from a nearby bakery.

The rooms were quite spacious. Our only issue was the maintenance and cleanliness of the rooms. Water leaked from the ceiling of the shower stall in the upstairs bathroom for a long time. The bathroom was tidy but not very clean.

A value-for-money hotel. It's centrally located. There's parking. The rooms are the perfect size. The first room they gave us was occupied. They gave us a new room on a different floor. The cleanliness wasn't bad either. I recommend it for one night.

A nice place to stay. The only reason I gave 4 stars is that a large glass door that separated the toilet from the remainder of the washroom had loose hinges and was hanging on by a thread. It could easily kill someone if it fell off.

Very clean and fit for purpose room, finely designed, service personnel was young energetic and very responsive. Walking distance to multiple sights and museum, also grants you free access to OMM museum.

So nice to find a vegan design hotel on our Turkiye travels. Eskisehir is such a great city as well. Wish we had more time here. Definitely recommend the cafe for dinner and drinks. The room was a modernist treat. Free museum admission is a bonus.

It's a very good and clean place, furnished nicely. Rooms are big and tidy. Prices are a little bit higher than the others but it is cleaner and nearer to the city center. Breakfast is standard, not magnificent, but ok. You can walk from this historical building to everywhere, that's the best part.

We had a problem with the TV, and despite reporting it at 10:00, it wasn't addressed until 8:00 PM, and we eventually had to change rooms. The beds were okay, but the rooms weren't up to par. One room had 3 towels and 2 armchairs per person, while the other room...

The toilet had been used by the previous guests and had not been cleaned. Although we booked a double bed, two single beds were put together and it was very uncomfortable, the beds were constantly being separated. We could not reach anyone from the reception because there was never anyone waiting at the reception, the staff were hanging out in the hotel cafe. I would never choose it again.

The best and very satisfying.. I will repeat again

When I first got assigned a room, the air conditioning wasn't working, so I was really confused, but they changed me to a different room. Since they didn't have a triple room, they gave me two rooms for two people to use, which I enjoyed. There aren't any photos of the room. It's a little different from the photos, but it's not that bad. It's okay.
