Srf Hotel in Eskisehir

We stayed in the terrace room during 5 days. Positive points: hotel very well located and quiet. large terrace, the staff very welcoming and helpful. breakfast ok. Negatives points : Our room wasn't cleaned very well when we arrived and it was very run down. There were no curtains on the bay of the window of the terrace and we were woken up around 5.30 am by daylight. the jacuzzi did not work and we had 2 days/ 5 days without out water to wash because the hotel was full and there was not enough water for all the guests. after 30 seconds of washing the hot water did not flow. the fridge made noise and we turned it off at night to sleep and we should put our food in the terrace.
And finally, all the air conditioners are on the terrace. I can't imagine in summer if all the guests use the air conditioner in their room how much noise there will be on the terrace. To conclude, work must be carried out as quickly as possible. I do not recommend this terrace room for the moment and I put 3 stars and not less because the staff was very nice and helpful.

We accidentally found this hotel through application and the location is the thing I recommended the most. Since I am staying in this hotel I can go anywhere on foot💯

Mete abi was the greatest, he welcomed us, helped us with our luggage and he even solved the misunderstanding between us and the other receptionist that day. I really thanked mete abi for this🙏🏻

The room was big and comfortable but the electric socket was hard to find and there's only one in the room, so me and my friends need to share this one electric socket.
The bathroom was having a problem with its draining system. It took sometime for the water to be drained so I think this problem need improvement.

Afterall our stay was nice even though there are some small problems, 3,5/5⭐
