The rooms and bathroom were clean. The staff were helpful. Its central location is also an advantage. The location is good.

A nice hotel.
The navigation took us to the main boulevard, but the hotel entrance and parking were at the back. We easily checked in and went up to our room. The air conditioning was working directly and was directed towards the bed; it couldn't be adjusted to a different direction. The room and bathroom were neat and clean, and the amenities in the room and bathroom were sufficient. The location is excellent; the street it's on is lively 24/7. Also, despite being a buffet, they had a delicious breakfast, which was probably my favorite part. We stayed for one night and easily checked out in the morning. The only negative point was that the room lock didn't open at night; the staff couldn't open it with the master card either, but they could open it with a mechanical key. However, the lock worked in the morning.

The hotel is in a good location, opposite the university campus and right next to the tram stop. The rooms are spacious, airy, and clean, which is quite good. However, the only thing that doesn't suit the hotel and doesn't justify the price is that the air conditioners and minibar refrigerators don't cool at all. The air conditioner shows 18 degrees, but it blows hot air like a fan, making the inside feel like a Finnish sauna. If you open the window, it's very noisy outside because it's located on the street. I'm giving two points for the helpfulness and cleanliness of the hotel staff. During my 3-day holiday, I never once slept in a cool room or drank cold water. Breakfast was adequate.

The reception service was good, but they told us breakfast started at 7 am the next morning. When we sat down at the restaurant at 7:10 am, breakfast hadn't arrived by 8 am.

Since it was an old hotel, it smelled a bit musty and the air conditioning was not working properly, but the location was not bad.

You should definitely choose this place. I found it because of the internet. We were hesitant to come as a family and because we had children, but the cleanliness, breakfast and everything was very good. The hotel is in the city center, there is no problem with transportation to anywhere you want in Eskişehir. The staff is very attentive. You can come without hesitation. Our next visit will be here again. Thank you.

The food is good. There was a small leak in the shower and the air condition in the bathroom needed some fixing. The staff was very friendly, but I wouldn't recommend staying on the weekend, because of the higher noise.

My room was not clean. There were cigarette ashes on the floor in front of the window. The top of the soap etc. products placed in the sink was white and water stained, it still did not look hygienic.
