Reviews
While the room was clean upon arrival, the overall service was extremely poor. When we requested extra towels, we were told to wait two days until the next scheduled room service, which is completely unacceptable for a hotel stay.
Breakfast was included in our booking, but in reality, it was only provided for two people. When I asked for something as basic as an extra egg, I was told I would need to pay extra. This is not what was advertised and felt very misleading.
The manager/owner was particularly rude and unwelcoming. He came across as very stingy and constantly trying to cut costs at the expense of guests. One morning during breakfast, he repeatedly rushed us by saying our taxi had arrived, even though I clearly explained that the taxi would wait 10 minutes as part of the booking. Despite this, he kept interrupting us, making it very uncomfortable to even eat.
Out of a 4-day stay, I only managed to have breakfast once properly, and even then, it was a poor experience. The rest of the time, it was either not worth going or we were rushed.
Additionally, the hotel is located far from the main attractions, meaning you have to spend extra money on taxis every day, which adds up significantly.
Overall, this stay was not worth the money at all. Very disappointing experience — I would strongly advise others to avoid this hotel.
Our booking included two rooms— beautifully built into the cave with an outdoor terrace offering breathtaking city views. The unique architecture and cozy ambiance made our stay unforgettable.
The food was absolutely delicious—fresh, flavorful, and clearly prepared with care. Tea and coffee were complimentary, which added a warm, welcoming touch. We were also impressed by the amenities: our room had its own jacuzzi, and we enjoyed access to the pool facilities, making relaxation effortless.
If I could give more than five stars, I would. This place is a perfect blend of comfort, hospitality, and unique charm. Highly recommended to anyone visiting Cappadocia
P. S. we made booking for September mistakenly while making for August but they were kind enough to facilitate us for express check in without any additional charges
Design is amazing. View is amazing. Everything was just perfect.
If you are visiting Capadocia just choose this place as hotel you won't regret it.
There were a couple of small issues: the shower leaked and the water didn’t drain properly, which left the bathroom wet most of the time. Also, the bathroom door covered the toilet, making it tricky to move around at night without turning on the light.
Be prepared — there are a lot of stairs and no elevator. We had to carry heavy suitcases up multiple levels, but hey, it’s a good leg workout! 😄
The pool was a bit disappointing, as it had way too much chlorine, it stung our eyes and even made it hard to breathe.
Now, the highlight: breakfast! It was more than amazing, with lots of delicious options, we looked forward to it every morning.
For €150 for 2 nights including breakfast. We rented a car (parking is on the main road, close) and drove to Göreme (about 20 minutes), which was perfect for catching the hot air balloons at sunrise. There’s also a tourism office just under the hotel on the main road where you can book tours, or simply ask the hotel staff, they were helpful.
A few minor downsides, but overall a nice stay if you’re looking for a simple, quiet place outside the city.
