The room had a bed and a bathroom with a toilet. We were told it was cleaned every two days, but there were no towels or slippers. The room was very cold, and the heating wasn't sufficient. There was a blanket, but it wasn't clean, and the hotel's own duvet was very thin; we slept in socks. There was no breakfast; the hotel was just for sleeping, but even then, it was difficult to sleep because of the cold.

I absolutely do not recommend it. My family and I stayed for 2 nights and my computer was stolen. There are no cameras anywhere in the hotel, it's appalling. The locking system in the hotel rooms is terrible; my bedroom doors at home are more secure in this regard. Anyone with sense shouldn't stay here; I learned this through a bad experience.

It's a historical building, but it's been heavily altered and its originality has been compromised. The springs in the beds are coming out, causing discomfort everywhere. There's no air conditioning, no refrigerators, and the staff are indifferent, handing over the keys and leaving. Service and hygiene are zero.
I didn't want to make such a comment, I'm sorry, but this is the first time I'm criticizing a business. We need to appreciate the value of our city, our buildings, and our history. Tourists who come from other countries and admire our country don't deserve such a business. We, the Turkish people, are a unique nation in the world. Please take these warnings into account. I think you don't deserve it either, but with a little effort, the hotel could become unparalleled.

This hotel is a scam, the facilities are very poor. The service is poor, and the breakfast is even worse. The room we were supposed to stay in is 20 square meters, but it is only 10 square meters. I had to pay an additional 30 US dollars to live in the 20 square meters room. Scam.

The rooms are freezing cold, the heating is inadequate, and the humidity is extremely high. It's a gloomy, dark, and depressing place. I suspect this is a new establishment, but it lacks many things. Soaps, hair dryers, etc., are only provided upon request. The beds are very uncomfortable, and you're left to sleep worrying about the springs sinking. I would never stay here again, and I definitely don't recommend it.

We made a reservation without seeing the hotel, looking at its rating, but it was a complete disgrace. They really exaggerated the nostalgic thing, there are hairs on the bed. Pillow faces are yellow. There was accumulated water in the bathroom, and as if that wasn't enough, cats were trying to get in from under the door. We could only stay for 15 minutes, fortunately, they refunded the money we paid. We left hastily. I'm giving more stars just so the comment will appear at the top.

The room was not cleaned in any way, dirty sheets, a dirty bathroom. When I asked for clean sheets, we were met with the attitude that there are no clean sheets. If you like it, you stay, if you don't like it, you don't stay. I never recommend it.
