There was a strong musty smell... Unhealthy environment... The staff were helpful... The parking lot was quite far away.

There was a guy who was rude during my last days at the hotel. Kept asking me whenever I enter or about to exit the hotel to show my hotel card all the time. Otherwise, I would have given it 4 stars, not the best but it’s okay.

The towels and everything are very old. The rooms are very old too.

It's one of the best hotels in Elazığ with a reasonable price. Most of the staff are polite and helpful. The best thing about this hotel is that it is located in downtown in which everywhere lies within walking distance. However, it should be noted that sometimes you get bothered by the noise that is from the big mosque nearby.
