Dear

We booked a twin family room, but upon arrival, we were given a single room !!!!. After an hour, they offered another room on a different floor for our two small children, which wasn't feasible. We ended up cancelling the second room and staying in one small room. Unfortunately, we weren't refunded any money for the discrepancy. We hope you'll improve your booking process and customer service.

Such a lovely modern hotel. Extremely clean and in a central location just minutes by foot from all the city’s attractions. Excellent value for money too. Would highly recommend staying here.

Great location, easy to walk to the main spots in the city, room was spacious and comfortable, staff were great and friendly, we had some food from the room service and all of it was tasty. Would stay here again.

The hotel is fine. It is relatively clean and comfortable. The staff is very nice and helpful. The location is very good. The dinner and breakfast at the restaurant, which overlooks the city, was very good.
