Lovely hotel. Very clean and safe. It is walking distance to the markets and restaurants. It is also very near an area where you can get a taxi if need be. The breakfast is really wonderful as well. Staff is very polite and friendly. I am a solo female traveler and would recommend anyone to stay here.

Surprisingly nice hotel in the city center. Walking distance to many resturants, shops, nuts shops. Also a wet market close by.

If you are traveling to or through Malatya forget Airbnb, you must stay here. I am from Colombia and have been traveling Turkey for six weeks. This hotel is tuely 5 stars! The staff is presiional and attentive. The rooms are stylish and immaculate. The common areas of the hotel are gorgeous. The breakfast at the rooftop restaurant is delicious and plentiful. The evening front desk staff are world class!! I am an Engineer solo traveling on business/holiday and saw some businesspeople and families at the restaurant. Highly recommend a stay. 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽

We originally planned to stay here for 1 night but booked some more days because we were staying longer in Malatya. The hotel and rooms are really clean. The bathroom and bedroom are spaceous and well-equipped. Mr Burçak in the lobby was also very friendly and helpfull to us at the check-in and helped us with our car.

Nice and comfortable hotel. Very clean rooms with good mattresses, AC, Wifi, TV and water cooker. Good buffet breakfast on the top floor overlooking the city. Friendly and helpful front desk staff specific Mr Burçak and Hasan! Recommended!!

If you make a hotel made from your office, if the bottom of the door is 2 cm empty, the slightest sound in the corridor is reflected in the room. Of course, if you add the loud shouting of barzo customers, all the sounds of vehicles passing by are inside, the breakfast is mediocre. I couldn't sleep because of listening to the phone calls of the next room. If the man in the next room flushes, you have to listen until the water fills up. rooms are parquet and tile, no carpet. The shampoos are of poor quality. The place to attach the shower fountain is broken. The mothballs they throw in the sink stinks in the room. This hotel room at this price is mediocre. Never again. It means that we should not be deceived by the pictures. A base, an air conditioner and a TV are not a hotel. It was a good lesson. Make your payments daily so that you can change it if you don't like it.
