It was winter but it was a good trip
I was given hot tea when I checked in. There was a doorman at the hotel entrance to take my luggage. The room was clean and tidy and the room was large. It would be better if the order confirmation was faster.

The hotel staff were prompt and polite. I didn't go to the restaurant on the 18th floor, but even from my room on the 15th floor, I could see a great view of the mountains and the city. The breakfast was good in both quality and quantity. The location is good, close to the shopping mall.

The accommodations were generously sized and well-maintained, with an exceptionally comfortable bed. Breakfast was a pleasant experience.
Even the standard rooms were larger than most ramadas, and the beds and pillows were very comfortable. Only the shower section was a little small and the shower hose was leaking water, which is a chronic problem in every hotel. It's good clean comfortable hotel. It has good and attentive service, tasty breakfast in restaurant and clean toilet.
Quite nice hotel for the region, and prices very reasonable. Room was clean and everything worked properly (shower, toilet, lights, windows, plugs, fridge, etc.). I didn't have breakfast, so I don't have any comments about it except the dining area was spacious. The hotel is located a bit outside the city.

I will definitely recommend this hotel. Very quiet, everybody was extremely polite and kind and helpful. Rooms are big and clean. Great experience. The rooms are modern, clean and well maintained. Breakfast was very good with a great selection of options. the Turkish tea and coffee were some of the best I had tasted while in Turkey. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful in me experiencing the most during my stay. A great place to stay if you’re visiting.

this is a very comfortable hotel in downtown Malatya. the facilities (lobby, rooms, elevator, etc.) are nice. the breakfast buffet is good and was included in our room rate. there is a parking garage. if we are in Malatya again, we would stay here.

Surprisingly nice hotel in the city center. Walking distance to many resturants, shops, nuts shops. Also a wet market close by. Breakfast is just average though.

The hotel is in a good location, close to everywhere. Staff involved. Rooms are a little small. It would be better if there was a kettle and herbal teas in the room. There is no hygiene kit in the bathroom. It's just ear buds. I think it should be a hygiene kit. The breakfast is nice. Don't look for something that luxurious. Nice place, for this price. At least it's clean.
The hotel we prefer to stay for 1 night on 26.05.2022. The staff were very friendly, respectful and helpful. Rooms were comfortable and clean. The breakfast is buffet and has enough variety. An institution that pleases us in every aspect.
The hotel is on the side of the ring road. Rooms get road noise. The hotel is a bit old. But the price is quite reasonable in terms of performance. The breakfast is rich. Rooms are clean, wifi is not very strong unfortunately. The staff is caring and friendly. There is no shortage of parking.
