It was winter but it was a good trip

I was given hot tea when I checked in. There was a doorman at the hotel entrance to take my luggage. The room was clean and tidy and the room was large. It would be better if the order confirmation was faster.

The hotel staff were prompt and polite. I didn't go to the restaurant on the 18th floor, but even from my room on the 15th floor, I could see a great view of the mountains and the city. The breakfast was good in both quality and quantity. The location is good, close to the shopping mall.

The accommodations were generously sized and well-maintained, with an exceptionally comfortable bed. Breakfast was a pleasant experience.

Even the standard rooms were larger than most ramadas, and the beds and pillows were very comfortable. Only the shower section was a little small and the shower hose was leaking water, which is a chronic problem in every hotel. One of the few hotels still standing. I wanted to go another hotel next door - but a wall was missing and the other chep hotels were all destroyed by the earthquake. Great experience. The rooms are modern, clean and well maintained. Breakfast was very good with a great selection of options. the Turkish tea and coffee were some of the best I had tasted while in Turkey. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful in me experiencing the most during my stay. A great place to stay if you’re visiting.

this is a very comfortable hotel in downtown Malatya. the facilities (lobby, rooms, elevator, etc.) are nice. the breakfast buffet is good and was included in our room rate. there is a parking garage. if we are in Malatya again, we would stay here.

Quite nice hotel for the region, and prices very reasonable. Room was clean and everything worked properly (shower, toilet, lights, windows, plugs, fridge, etc.). I didn't have breakfast, so I don't have any comments about it except the dining area was spacious. The hotel is located a bit outside the city.

Surprisingly nice hotel in the city center. Walking distance to many resturants, shops, nuts shops. Also a wet market close by. Breakfast is just average though.

We originally planned to stay here for 1 night but booked some more days because we were staying longer in Malatya. The hotel and rooms are really clean. The bathroom and bedroom are spaceous and well-equipped. Mr Burçak in the lobby was also very friendly and helpfull to us at the check-in and helped us with our car.

Lovely hotel. Very clean and safe. It is walking distance to the markets and restaurants. It is also very near an area where you can get a taxi if need be. The breakfast is really wonderful as well. Staff is very polite and friendly. I am a solo female traveler and would recommend anyone to stay here.
