The hotel is very problematic for parking private vehicles; the parking area isn't very secure, and finding a spot is a problem. The staff weren't bad, actually; the person I spoke to on the phone seemed a bit hesitant about negotiating, as if they wanted to hang up quickly. Some of the hotel furniture was worn. And I didn't like the interior parts of the hotel, which is why I stayed there. The gentleman at the entrance, whose name I couldn't quite understand (manager or owner), was very helpful, and I'd like to thank him separately. Overall, I'm undecided; I can't say anything bad or good.

Nothing fancy..but clean and quiet! Very friendly staff. TV only got 2 channels, both in Turkish. There is no " room with a view"..And no juice of any kind at breakfast. But the food was delicious, the bed was AMAZINGLY comfortable and the room was very clean. In house wi-fi is free and fast. If you need a good night‘s sleep, hot shower and a hearty breakfast..on a budget, hen Avsar Hotel might be just what you are looking for.

In the comfort of a 5-star hotel. The employees are smiling and cordial. With its open buffet breakfast, it is the best hotel in Malatya and the leading hotel in terms of price performance.

The hotel is very clean, the rooms are nice, the employees are friendly, warm and smiling. We stayed as Birfen College Hatay Defne Sports Club Women's Football team, they gave a very good price. We recommend.
