The hotel staff were friendly and very helpful! The breakfast was very good👍It was a very nice stay for me in Malatya.

There was a smell of cigarette smoke in the room, the hotel did not have slippers, we asked for water but it came to the room after 1 day of asking, we asked for ironing service because supposedly this hotel is a chain hotel, they say they will send the iron to you, I was only satisfied with the room service, the food was brought to my room, the hotel has a chain name but there is no institutionalization, if I knew I would never stay there, it needs to be renovated urgently in terms of staff and management…..

It was very hot, the room air conditioning was not working. Exactly 20 hours after we told the reception, the man came and we were getting ready to check out. It was ridiculous. The breakfast was good, the rooms were clean but it was extremely hot, the room did not cool down in any way.

It used to be very good, now it is an average hotel
I stayed at Anemon many times in the past years, I don't know if it got worse after the earthquake or over time.
They don't even turn on the lights in the lobby, it is dim. There is no greeting for guests. There is no hotel security guard, vehicles enter and exit the parking lot without control, it is not safe. They have turned the poolside into a restaurant, loud music is played.
The hotel looks old in general. It is not clear who is staying at the hotel, who is visiting, it is very crowded. There is no bell boy

Quite nice hotel for the region, and prices very reasonable. Room was clean and everything worked properly (shower, toilet, lights, windows, plugs, fridge, etc.). I didn't have breakfast, so I don't have any comments about it except the dining area was spacious. The hotel is located a bit outside the city.

It's good clean comfortable hotel. It has good and attentive service, tasty breakfast in restaurant and clean toilet.

Not sure how this is five star. Or may e it was five star some time ago. Bathroom was shoddy. Air-conditioning blew dust into the room. Also the first day they tried to take advantage of us by decking the table with salad and bread then tryi g to charge us 72 Turkish lira for salad, while not disclosing salad as a chargeable item. While the money doesn't break the bank, I thought it particularly unethical and fundamentally dishonest. Salad and bread are part of any meal in Turkey with some of the food chains even offering it as menu items. I would not advise anyone to stay here. Old horrible towels and mildew in the shower. They also charge for rooms service. Thank you but No thank you Anemone, I will make a point t of avoiding your brand globally.

We arrived after a long car drive. First, the people don’t even get our room and need passport verification. THEN, we don’t even get 2 hotel cards despite being 2 PEOPLE. Then, the room. At first glance, it looks amazing. The one thing is that there’s only ONE bed despite being 2 PEOPLE. Then, we find a clump of hair on the floor, weird black marks on the chairs, CRACKS in the walls, and no bathtub. Would not stay again!
