Tüm Palace Otel in Bandirma

Overall:
I would stay here again if the price was cheaper, but if the rate is comparable to other hotels then I would consider going somewhere else only because the rooms are average and in general I had a few cleanliness issues in my room, but that may not represent all rooms.

Things I liked:
Great location, right in the middle of the city center with walkable access to anything you need. Walking distance to the ferry port, bus stop, and all the main area of the city center. Has an elevator. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Air conditioned and heated rooms. Windows open. Mini fridge.

Things I didn't like:
Smoking is allowed in the hotel and in all the rooms, which is common in turkey but generally not in the common areas. The room didn't smell like smoke, but the sheets had a cigarette burn. The bed was not comfortable, like sleeping on a box spring. Maybe that was just my room though. The mini fridge wouldn't cool down and smelled pretty bad. The bathroom was nice but had a ventilation problem and smelled a little of mildew.

The location is great. Rooms have been renovated. The colleague was very kind and helpful. The only problem is the breakfast arrangement. Breakfast does not start at 8.30 in the morning. I asked early. The breakfast plate also seemed empty. The hall at the entrance was like a warehouse. If they solve these two issues, people will consider coming again.
