The hotel is in the city center, the rooms are clean and large.

While the overall stay experience was very good, parking including valet parking is not very convenient

Room was clean and big enough. We travelled with our toddler and had a great time at this hotel. At walking distance to the seaport. Dont know why they have multiple bad reviews, airco was just working like it should. Would recommend!

I went to the spa and got the "anti-stress program" which was over 2 hours of service including an excellent traditional turkish bath/ hamam experience and and amazing massage by Oni (that's the name of my massage therapist). She was so talented and very professional. Excellent ambiance too. I plan to come back and try more of their services!!!

Classy hotel central in Bandirma. Great staff, great rooms, although neighbouring bar can be noisy late at night, but we do not choose one's neighbors.

Rooms are small but adequate and clean with the exception of hair in the shower. Pretty sure it wasn’t mine since I’m bald. Excellent location for proximity to bars, restaurants and shopping. The downside of that is they were partying in the street below my window until very late into the night. Probably wouldn’t be so bad if it’s not a Friday. Breakfast was adequate.

Well. We really really enjoy to stay in Bandirma at Cetin city Hotel. Probably the best room we had in all our long holidays. The reception staff , a super lovely lady was amazing so polite and helpful, room superclean good bed , good linen ,bathroom all marble . This is a basic hotel located 3-4 minutes walk from the ferry terminal and station. It's a low budget option, but clean and functional. Front desk staff speak some basic English. Buffet breakfast is good.

Rooms are outdated. I was told during check in breakfast was included then the next morning while I was enjoying breakfast I was told it wasn’t included with my stay and I had to pay for it.

This building has been tastefully and lovingly restored. The different areas for eating gave a nice outdoor sunny day vibe and then a sophisticated indoor bar area. The room was really nice with high ceilings and the staff were super helpful. We will be back!

The location is great. Rooms have been renovated. The colleague was very kind and helpful. The only problem is the breakfast arrangement. Breakfast does not start at 8.30 in the morning. I asked early. The breakfast plate also seemed empty. The hall at the entrance was like a warehouse. If they solve these two issues, people will consider coming again.

Fantastic staff work here. My only English speaking husband and I thoroughly enjoyed staying here. Fantastic breakfast with a staff eager to make repairs and adjustments to room to accommodate us. We will return. Location is steps from IDO and again, the staff was extremely helpful.

Arrived here without booking and given the same price as I'd seen anywhere online by the really helpful staff. They even has a esperate locked room for my bike. Good room with a great view over the port and quiet at night. Free coffee from the machine in reception all day and the breakfast is good too. Thanks!

This is a wonderful hotel with its own beach which must mean a lot more in during the height of summer than it does in October but it was lovely indeed to go swimming with no one around but a few nuts like ourselves. Besides the location, the staff is its greatest asset. Highly recommended.

I stayed for a week for a Birnproject, the rooms are average, but since it was mid-October and the season was over, there was a problem with hot water. At some point, the water was muddy. As a meal, the appetizers were good, but other than that, there were always the same and limited meals. I didn't like the food very much. The breakfast was enough.

The owner was super helpful and friendly. Easy to communicate when we need help but unfortunately as we stayed for 4 days, there were never any cleaning staff coming to clean the room or just to give us the fresh towels
