Kayhan City Hotel in Bursa

Its a very spacious room. Close to metro and the best part is its literally beside 2 supermarkets!
But the room does have a weird smell. Is it like a weird perfume?

A very convenient hotel for a few days' visit to the city. The staff were very friendly, the cleanliness of the hotel, and the breakfast were excellent.

This was our second stay, and this time we brought my brother and his wife along. We were really impressed! Customer satisfaction is clearly their top priority. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the breakfast was great, and the location is great for exploring Bursa on foot.
Overall, we had a fantastic experience! Thank you to all the staff. We will be back.

The location is fantastic, within walking distance of all major attractions, and the surrounding environment is quite quiet, ensuring a good night's rest. The facilities are basic, the mattresses are on the softer side, but the cleanliness is excellent. Having stayed one night in Bursa, I felt it was a good value for money.

Everything was perfect. We asked to change our room to one with a single large bed and there were no problems, nor were there any with the garage. The breakfast was good and varied.

Located in the city center, it's convenient for visiting attractions. Parking requires assistance from hotel staff. The rooms are small. Restaurants and shopping are conveniently located nearby. The hotel has a modern design. However, the price-performance ratio isn't great. The breakfast is also quite ordinary.

Good for families, near the bazar

The hotel was very clean n with modern rooms. Located centrally in the city centre. Easy walking distance to a number of the sights. 
Staff very friendly and if language is a barrier there is translate and the staff don’t hesitate to help.

The room was a decent size, not too old, and had a balcony with views of the sunrise and sunset. The mini-fridge was well-stocked, though unfortunately it was chargeable, but it was fully stocked with tea bags and coffee, including two bottles of water and a small cake. The staff were very polite, even helping me carry my two pieces of luggage from the parking garage to the front desk for check-in. The breakfast was particularly good, especially a Bursa-specific dessert, which I unfortunately didn't photograph. The location is very convenient for visiting attractions; there's a supermarket across the street for supplies, and a street full of barbecue stalls is right behind the hotel. Parking in the underground garage requires some skill, but you can always ask a valet for parking. Overall, it's a very affordable place to stay in the old town.
