It’s quite easy for a hotel Holiday Inn in Bursa to earn a 5-star rating—if they truly follow the promises they make to their guests. As they themselves stated in their welcome message: “Dear Guest, we know that it is often the smallest details that can make your stay more comfortable.” And that’s absolutely true—if those small details are consistently taken care of. Unfortunately, on the second day after returning from our tour in Bursa, we noticed several issues that contradicted that message: • No bottled water was provided. • No instant coffee sachets were available. • The shower’s hot water wasn’t working properly. We later discovered that running the sink tap somehow triggered hot water in the shower. During checkout, the receptionist asked how our stay was. We mentioned these issues, and he responded that we should have called to report them. While we understand that communication helps, we believe these are basic amenities that hotels should routinely check without needing reminders. In the end, it was just a two-day stay, and we chose to let it go. But if the hotel truly wants to live up to its own standards, attention to these small details is essential—because they’re not just minor conveniences, they’re part of the promise made to every guest. Our experience at Holiday Inn exceeded expectations in every way. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel truly welcome with their warm smiles and professional attitude. The check-in was smooth and quick, and we immediately felt like we were in good hands.

The room we stayed in was spotless, tastefully decorated, and very comfortable. Everything was in place — a cozy bed, well-functioning amenities, and even thoughtful touches like a bath cloth in the restroom, which is often missed elsewhere. The cleanliness and overall upkeep of the space truly reflect the hotel’s high standards.

The service was exceptional. One evening, we had tea at the hotel and expected it to be added to our room charge. To our surprise, the next morning we were told that it was offered with compliments — a kind and generous gesture that really impressed us and added a personal touch to our stay.

The location is another huge plus. Perfectly situated for both relaxation and convenience, the hotel gives easy access to local attractions, shops, and restaurants while also providing a peaceful atmosphere to unwind.
Every part of our stay — from the cozy room and attentive service to the wonderful location — made us feel comfortable, valued, and relaxed. We would gladly return and wholeheartedly recommend Holiday Inn to anyone looking for a hotel that combines comfort, cleanliness, and genuine hospitality.

We had a comfortable stay at Holiday Inn Bursa. The rooms were clean, modern, and spacious, and the beds were very comfortable after long days exploring. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, making check-in and check-out smooth.

The breakfast buffet had a great variety, and we enjoyed the fresh options each morning. Location was convenient, with easy access to nearby restaurants and attractions.

The location was good, easy to reach by car, and has its own parking spaces. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. There was really nothing negative to mention.
