The coolest suites, with a sauna in the room, a hot tub and other amenities. Good views of the city. Although the city itself, not so much. . .

The hotel is in the city center, the rooms are clean and large.

While the overall stay experience was very good, parking including valet parking is not very convenient

What did we like=
The rooms were big and clean
The Roofbar is great and has very appropriate prices
The Location is a nice walk away from the inner city
The breakfast buffet was very tasty
What did we dislike=
We were told that in Order for the 4 of us to spend the night at the Hotel we would need to book two rooms. But after paying for the rooms we saw, that both of the rooms had beds for 4 People so we absolutely did not need to book a second room. We just stayed for one night and for that purpose the hotel was all in all fine

I went to the spa and got the "anti-stress program" which was over 2 hours of service including an excellent traditional turkish bath/ hamam experience and and amazing massage by Oni (that's the name of my massage therapist). She was so talented and very professional. Excellent ambiance too. I plan to come back and try more of their services!!!

Room was clean and big enough. We travelled with our toddler and had a great time at this hotel. At walking distance to the seaport. Dont know why they have multiple bad reviews, airco was just working like it should. Would recommend!

No AC. The reception took no action. Terrible service. They wouldn’t even try. They told me to open the window. Feels like a sauna. Bed is hard as rock. Gym smells pretty bad. If you have another option in the region, take it, I will ask the agency to move. No way to stay 10 days in this condition.

Way too overrated, its more like a 3 star hotel. The quality, service and personal were average and below. Rooms were very spacious. But the air condition doesn't work as expected and the personal wasn't that much helpfull either. The fridge doesn't cool, the windows were very dirty. Breakfast was okey, but more variety is welcome.

Very nice hotel very clean and polite and helpful staff but i think for a five star hotel the breakfast could be a bit better bit more choices another down side no game room or entertainment for kids there was one snooker table in the basement but it doesn't sute a hotel like this looked like an attic. The gym is awful very rude stuff very bad and old gym again it doesn't sute a hotel like this. But the room was amazing the staff was amazing evening food was amazing.
