The only positive aspect of this stay was the cleanliness of the hotel. However, the overall experience was disappointing. The bed was uncomfortable, and despite having booked a room at Lagun Palace, I was reassigned to their secondary property, Lagun Castle, without proper justification. The breakfast quality was poor and did not meet expectations. Additionally, the hot water temperature was dangerously high and nearly caused burns. Upon arrival, a staff member saw me struggling with my luggage and failed to offer any assistance, only doing so when I was leaving, which demonstrates a lack of attentiveness and basic hospitality standards

A nice hotel but a little bit confusing because there are two different hotels with the same name facing each other but one of them is closed. At first I thought it was a scam 😅 but then I recognized that there’s another Lagun hotel. The road to the hotel is some who scary at night.
The staff is very friendly, the food is average but good. They have a rooftop with an amazing view if you go there in the morning. The room was clean and comfortable.
No parking area, but you can park in the street in front of the hotel.

Very good hotel in a very quiet location
It is new with comfortable and clean rooms.
It has amazing local menus.
The kids are willing to serve and they do it perfectly.
the dining area is atmospheric and the dinner is accompanied by soft music.

Beautiful small family hotel ... Modernly decorated ... Staff is very kind and always ready to help ..... Rooms and bathrooms are very clean ...... Food is great and everything is very tasty ..... Every recommendation for arrival and vacation at this hotel ..

We were staying in Lagün Palas Hotel while visiting Yalova in September 2018. And I must say it was great experience. This hotel is really amazing!!! Rooms are so clean and cozy with beautiful design. Bathroom is so clean that you feel yourself as if you were the very first guest of the hotel. Breakfast is 5*. Very delicious and many kinds of food. I'd like to mention also the staff of the hotel. All people are very nice, try to help and to do their best to make their guests happy. Additionaly, hotel is in the nice quiet place, wi-fi is also good. I will definitely visit it again. So we HIGHLY RECOMMEND to stay in Lagun Palas!
