Sarajevo Suit Hotel in Kocaeli

This is the best hotel in all of Turkey, period.

The rooms were always clean, breakfast was delicious, the staff was very helpful at all times, water and chocolates were complimentary and there were a lot of shops and restaurants nearby for covering all our needs.

Our group was an all vegetarian group and the kitchen staff made a lot of efforts to make great quality vegetarian food for us.

We also had a change of plans which would've led to early checkout and no refund, but the hotel management made great efforts to ensure that we were not victimised and we were able to get all the excess amount refunded.

As I said earlier, this is the best hotel in all of Turkey.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Sarajevo Suit Hotel at Gebze and I must say, it was an unforgettable experience from start to finish. From the moment I stepped through the doors, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality that set the tone for the entire stay. I stayed with my two year old granddaughter Amara who the entire staff treated like a star. I felt safe welcomed and wished we could stayed longer. Amara was given brand new toys from the hotel owner and any food that she wanted to eat was especially made for her.
The staff at at this hotel deserves special commendation for their exceptional service. From the front desk to the housekeeping team, everyone went above and beyond to ensure that my needs were not only met but exceeded. Their professionalism and genuine friendliness left a lasting impression.

The room exceeded my expectations in every aspect. It was impeccably clean, spacious, and beautifully appointed with all the amenities one could need for a comfortable stay. The attention to detail, from the luxurious bedding to the thoughtful touches, truly made me feel at home.

The hotel location is great too, and only 5min walk from the MERKEZ Prime hospital where my daughter was staying.

We will certainly be back!

We stayed for four days at this Hotel. It is very central and close to shopping and dining 🤣👍

Large Windows/doors with nice city view and natural light. All staffs are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is not fancy, but good 😊 Good size kitchen in the apartment. Comfortable firm bed, but not king size. WiFi not reliable 🤓
