We've been in this hotel 6 years ago. We liked it, so decided to revisit. Rooms need to be renovated, for sure. They have made changes with the dining area, but I liked it more back then with giraffes. The service is good when you ask them: they've been bringing a bottle of water every day to our door, changing towels when we asked, cleaning room, brought blankets when we asked. They even gave us a tasty take away sandwiches, because our check out was very early in the morning. Unfortunately, breakfast is very very poor and is the same every day, which is bad for a 10-day stay. And the receptionists are a bit careless to your needs, you have to remind them always. The biggest advantage of this hotel is its location, the beach is right across the road. But all in all the hotel is good (4).

The location is excellent, just across the road from Cleopatra Beach, shops, pharmacies, currency exchange offices, cafes, and restaurants. All of this is right next to the hotel. There was one Russian-speaking staff member at reception, and any issues were resolved quickly and without much fuss. Upon check-in, we were given the wrong room, but they changed it in a second without any extra charges or fuss. We booked a room with a kitchenette, but it was bare, not even dishes. On the first day, they gave us everything we needed. Cleaning is poor, perhaps they don't even wet-mop because the floors were disgustingly dirty; we had to wipe them ourselves. Towels and bed linen weren't changed, but they did come in every other day to make the bed and leave a bottle of water. Breakfasts were delicious, but always the same. If you're used to Turkish all-exclusives, you definitely shouldn't go here. Maybe there was more variety at lunch and dinner—I don't know. Overall, we were very happy with our stay, thank you.

This was our first holiday together as a couple and the room was amazing and a really fun atmosphere. The cleaning service was great and cleaned our rooms every morning perfectly. The receptionists were very helpful and lovely, and the breakfast downstairs was very nice. It’s right next to the beach and near the shops and town. Perfect hotel for our first couples trip!

The "*******" feeling is present due to the red lighting in the hallways, the neon signs in the rooms (not all the letters were lit), and even the hotel itself had something written on it like "***** *** ******* *******."
There's a private beach, not as far as others say, maybe 10-15 minutes, but that's not a big deal (Migros is a landmark). The staff had a hard time finding it on the map.

The location is excellent, with Cleopatra Beach just across the street. The breakfasts are excellent, and the restaurant has a wonderful atmosphere, music, and decor. The standard room with a kitchenette doesn't have one; there wasn't even a kettle when we checked in; they brought one only when we asked. The rooms have a very interesting design, but the plumbing and renovations are a bit worn. The rooms are a bit dark, and the mirror above the sink and table is small. We dined in the restaurant downstairs a couple of times and enjoyed both the food and the service. The private beach area is a 20-minute walk away, but it's very nice, quiet, and peaceful. There's also Wi-Fi and power outlets, so you can work in peace. I'd especially like to mention the beach attendant; he opens the umbrellas in a flash and helps with everything.

Great location, just 2 minutes from the sea. Good breakfasts, friendly staff. We loved everything, and the jacuzzi is the highlight of this room! The room was clean upon arrival.

Very nice hotel at a good place.Good restaurant and bar inside as well as nearby.Bus stops and Shopping centers are nearby as well as Good veiw of sea from the balcony.Couple with children can stay comfortably,extra beds already provided in the rooms.Nice balcony also there for enjoying good moments.

Amazing kitchen staff all perfect

The hotel was wonderfull cozy and inviting. Misra and Melis at reception were exceptionally welcoming, always greeting guests with warm smiles. The breakfast was satisfying and plentiful, and the room design was thoughtfully crafted, adding to the overall charm.
